I assumed the uppercase T in Dr. Ratio's formula to be the time in another reference frame, but the symbol is actually very similar to another relativistic concept called proper time (denoted by τ). I have no idea if this is Dr. Ratio's weird handwriting for a T, or if I'm missing something, but it might just be the equation being bsed (probably the case). I think that the equation is probably bsed because the letter μ in relativity is usually used for a notation system called index notation, and not for the permeability of free space as mentioned in a previous equation.
