Most important part of the outfit is the bottoms. So either full length leggings (like Gymshark ones, they're really popular), or bike shorts. Or if you're just doing "stationary" weight lifting not so much running/chaffing then something more loose like those Nike training shorts is comfortable as well. For the tops I find that literally anything comfortable is fine. And a bra that offers support. You can get some of those cute sets (top+pant) like from Gymshark, Amazon, etc. but honestly it's not necessary. Anyways... no one asked me LOL

She eats enough tbh. Her last video literally showed only an avocado toast, a protein shake and a single proper meal during dinner. I think her diet has improved a lot considering she eats 2 meals with carbs now which is actually healthy and the correct amount to eat carbs. 2 plates of rice a day is healthy idk why people think she has an unhealthy food-related mindset when she ensures she gets her carbs & nutrition but still making sure she doesnt eat excess calories which may stunt her abs development. People saying she shouldnt mention how she thinks a single piece of bread is wrong are reaching imo bcs she consumes carbs throughout the day so it’s fine if she wants to hold back for one piece of bread on non-workout days so long as she’s eats all 3 meals and with the right nutrition.
