As a Melbournian, can totally relate with the flat unmotivated feeling. Hang in there Razia, we're in this together.
Great video, definitely am one of those ppl who thought all alcohol in skincare was bad. I laughed so hard at the part where you said pores don't open & close like how you're speaking cz I actually pictured it. Yeah must be this lockdown, making me loopy lol.
Take care and look forward to the next video 😊

From Shellharbour here, first time we've ever been a part of "Greater Sydney"! It was a slap in the face when Orange was released from lockdown when they had a case on July 20 whereas we had 1 exposure site from a person from Sydney back on June 18 and nothing since, no community transmission! I would just love to have the kids back at school. I can't work from home nor can my hubby (health care worker married to an emergency services worker!) and our kids are so lonely in their classrooms getting "minimal supervision" from the teachers who don't really seem to want them there....
I didn't used to like oils, as I have oily skin, but then I got older lol. Because I have oily skin the greasy feel doesn't bother me so much and I have found jojoba or rosehip oil overnight on top of my moisturiser is of benefit.

Oh I'm so sorry to hear! This lockdown has been a complete nightmare and is a complete embarrassment for the NSW government. I hope it gets easier for you and your family 💕

Hey Razia, just wanted to say I'm really enjoying your channel. You have a really great professional, engaging and inviting presentation style and are sharing good information in an understandable way. Also really appreciating the reviews of a number of local Australian products (especially sunscreens)!

I heard people use micellar water in the morning as a cleansing step instead of using a regular cleanser/face wash. I think it’s a more quick and efficient way of removing excess debris or anything dirty on your face, but is it a good idea? (I have combo to oily skin). Thanks for informing us on these myths by the way!

    • @raziamoe

I always find it funny how alcohol is demonised yet La Roche Posay, a brand literally founded for sensitive skin, features Alcohol Denat in most of their serums

Hey Razia, totally normal to feel deflated when stuck in lockdown. I'm in Melbourne, just got plunged into Lockdown 5, and today is my birthday. 2nd year in a row I've had to cancel all plans and have a quiet one at home. Brutal. Yoga has helped me immensely, taking the time to stretch and move my body, and also just breathe deeply and concentrate on calming my mind - seriously has kept me sane through all this, and helped relieve the frustration. Don't let yourself feel guilty for feeling so down, it's a hard situation to be in, especially when there's no light at the end of the tunnel. Sending good thoughts your way!

Hey, yes I heard about Melbourne, that's so tough, i cant even imagine :( I hope you're all doing ok in spite of everything. Thank you so much for the tips. I've been going on daily walks and that's been helping so much.
Wishing you a happy birthday and wishing you alll the best. Take care 💕💕

hello! i'm also born and raised in sydney (also currently in lockdown :( ). i live in the shire and i'm living for the bondi shade LMAOOOO
honestly, i just wish gladys put us in lockdown earlier so we wouldn't be having so many cases now which is super scary tbh! i'm feeling so sluggish right now because i'm always at home nowadays but i'd rather lockdown be extended if it means everyone is in a safer situation

    • @raziamoe

Hey! Oh I'm close to the shire! Yes I totally agree, very upset at how the gov has been handling this, its a mess with the rules changing every other day. I'm feeling the same, but hopefully it'll improve and lockdown will be over soon. Take care 🥰

I usually only cleanse my skin in the morning if I use the slugging technique the night before because I feel like it takes more than water to wash off Vaseline. great video Razia :)

Hey Razia, I know exactly how you feel I’m a Sydney girl too and I just feel almost defeated right now .. felt a small sense of achievement yesterday as I was finally able to make a booking for a covid jab !! Watching great content like yours is helping me through though ! FYI I don’t cleanse in the morning either except in summer sometimes when it’s super hot and you wake up feeling like heck :) stay safe everyone
