I had a dream today that I had to do a presentation. I had already turned in the assignment but, my lead or manager at my workplace told me to sit down and revise it. I had no idea where to start. People kept going into the break room where we were all being asked to revise our papers. I realized I didn't know how to start, that I had no imagination. One of my coworkers kinda threw something at me, it was a stitch from lilo and stitch drawing lol. I went to return it but I also glanced at my other coworkers papers and it was drawings of Goofy.
So here I am. Trying to learn how to build imagination.

    what for aphantasiacs, just curious

    • @GarethFleck
      @GarethFleck  2 дня назад

@@arbabraiyan8200 Someone with aphantasia can still manifest effectively, even without visualizing images in their mind. Manifestation isn’t just about seeing pictures in your mind-it’s about focusing your thoughts, emotions, and actions toward your desired outcome. Here are some powerful ways someone with aphantasia can manifest:
      1. Use Words and Affirmations
Instead of visualizing, describe what you want in words. Write detailed descriptions of your goals and read them daily. Use affirmations that create emotional alignment with your desires.
Example: Instead of picturing success, say, “I am stepping into the most abundant phase of my life, where opportunities flow to me effortlessly.”
      2. Feel the Emotion of the Outcome
Emotion is the real driver of manifestation. Even if you can’t see an image, you can feel what it would be like to have your desire fulfilled.
Ask: “What emotions would I feel if this came true?” (joy, peace, excitement)
Then, practice feeling those emotions daily.
      3. Use Scripting & Journaling
Write as if your manifestation has already happened. Describe it in detail, focusing on emotions, actions, and experiences.
Example: “I just moved into my dream home. The fresh scent of wood fills the air, and I run my hands over the smooth kitchen counter. I feel so grateful!”
      4. Engage Your Other Senses
If you can’t visualize, use other senses to experience your manifestation:
Touch: Hold objects related to your goal (e.g., if you want a new car, sit in a showroom model).
Sound: Listen to sounds that match your desire (ocean waves for a beach house, applause for success).
Taste & Smell: Engage in experiences that mimic your desires (e.g., drinking an expensive coffee if you’re manifesting wealth).
      5. Use External Visual Aids
Since mental imagery is difficult, use vision boards, photos, or symbols that represent your goals. Seeing external images can reinforce your focus.
      6. Act As If
Live as if your manifestation is already true. This aligns your energy with your desire and signals to the universe that you’re ready.
Example: If you want to be a successful entrepreneur, start carrying yourself with confidence and making decisions like one.
      7. Trust the Process & Let Go
Since you don’t rely on visualization, focus on faith and trust. Believe that the universe is working in your favor, even if you can’t “see” how it’s happening.

@@markettradinggenius I'm not sure if this has worked for you yet, but, Neville also mentioned in a lecture of his, that man had used his imagination for getting money. Basically what the man did was imagine counting out the sum of money each night. Visualize your $5k or $10k in a bundle, the weight of it, the smell of it, what it looks like in your hands. Then imagine counting out each bill, the sound the bills make as you count them and the sound each little stack makes as you put them down in front of you. Count the full amount out in your mind, using as many of your senses as you can each night, and soon you should get your money. Blessings of abundance to you my friend 😊
