Save that parmesan rind and use it when you make minestrone soup or any kind of soup actually. Cook the rind in the broth and then take it out later and you will have an amazing flavor.

I made these biscuits and they are absolutely delicious! I had European butter and fresh chives, but no parmesan. I substituted Gruyère cheese and they were so good.
