Carmela's Cucina Sicilian experience with Giacinto Cangelosi.

This year I visited the Madonnie mountains. Piano farina is where Giacinto Cangelosi lives. He is unique a real life shepherd, 5 generations of family have shared their knowledge and skills, and Giacinto is a master of his trade, rare and unique and it is an experience to savour, and enjoy. We will be visiting him, in October 2017, when we do my Ultimate tour of Palermo.
