Oh i see 1.5 guard on clipper. For the crown area for your waves. The questions is because i never see you changing guards, when you say go to different level or guard number.
I been learning how to do "fades" with my own hair, I go from bottom to top going with the clipper closed then open. They usually turn out good but if u got any tips or recommendations on my technique or trimmer/clipper.
It’s not that you didn’t do a good job but, can you please explain better or in more details able blending. Like how high you should go out. Zoom in slow it down something and how to do better detailing. I just can’t blend my cuts as well as I like. Thank U for ur contribution
Whats a 1 & half guard ? I've seem a 1/2 clipper guard. And i have the 2/3 guard...they don't teach it but tell me to use these guards or levels. im learning as i work , training video was fast pace then put out on floor. Cosmotologist not a Barber... this place is about speed not what the people want. Give everyone same hair cut and go to next person get that money. If i give what they ask for manager changes it and say im wrong not a good cut. Last lady told her thats not what i ask for , like the picture. After she came over and change the cut. When i already gave her the picture cut she ask for, Manager always dose this. But this lady spoke up. WHAT DO YOU SUGGEST ??? Or THINK. Only work one day a week. Maybe two. But they want me to be expert. I'm sorry but im a grown women and i speak up for myself ("got laid off ") like speak to me in front of everyone. Not being rude just conversation. Downing you in front of other, games, gossip toward me. Sometimes!!!!!!!!!, BUT I HAVE TO REMEMBER WHOM I SERVE, A LIVING GOD. am old school and no time to waste. 😊 I DON'T WANT TO GIVE UP. BUT GOD BLESS YOU GUYS THAT DO THIS FOR OTHER TO BETTER THEIR SKILLS. THANK YOU. CAN'T TELL YOU WHERE I WORK . INSTEAD OF LAID OFF (FIRER).
