I have Babycat but have never smelled Vanagloria. I do love that vanilla/incense combo. I also have Eau the Audacity by Penhaligon's which to my nose is like 95% the same as Babycat...I actually prefer it a tiny bit more. Another great video!

@@CurtisNose the pineapple in Vanagloria does something weird on my skin. I gave the decant to my nephew and it smelled good on his skin. If you’re really into the vanilla-incense dna Venba Fragrances has Babycat.

I don’t get a lot of compliments from strangers but I did got chased a couple time when I was wearing Santal 33. My friend and family love BDK Gris Chanel and Dusita Issara when I gave them a hug.
Hi Demi! Usually when I get those compliments it comes from other foreigners here in Japan, but occasionally from Japanese. BDK Gris Charnel and Issara I know, but I have never smelled Santal 33 before. Do you wear that one often? I am going to have to get my nose on it. 🙂
@@CurtisNose Santal 33 is one of my first niche perfumes and I worn so so much a few years back. I still love it and wear it often. You’ve probably smelled this DNA before because so many fragrances are inspired by it. It was one of a kind when they first launched! Kind of like BR 540. You should try it! I hope you don’t get the pickle note lol 😂
Different people perceive this so differently. I get dry wood with a touch of leather and slowly dissipating into slight powdery scent. It’s an interesting scent for sure. Try getting a sample and wear it on skin. I didn’t like it when I smell it on paper strip ☺️
Easily the fragrance that I have that wows people the most is Absolu Aventus. People have even flagged down others to come and smell it. I do not prioritize my fragrance wearing by compliment factor however. It simply matters my mood and what I feel is appropriate for a specific setting. Remember Me, Hundred Silent Ways and Symphonium getting pretty strong reactions as well. Also a fragrance that has received a ton of compliments is Targhee Forest from Rogue Perfumery.
