    Max V. Shaul State Park is a 70-acre state park in Schoharie County, New York, United States. The park is located in Schoharie Valley between Breakabeen and Fultonham in the Town of Fulton, within sight of Vroman's Nose. Wikipedia

    Description
    Max V. Shaul State Park is a small, quiet camping area with 30 wooded tent and trailer sites. The park has shady picnic grounds, as well as playing fields. There is a nature and hiking trail, fishing is allowed in Panther and Schoharie Creeks. A car top boat/fishing access trail to the Schoharie Creek was established in 2011. The park offers a group camping area as well.
    The park's proximity to Mine Kill State Park opens many more recreational opportunities to campers. Mine Kill offers an Olympic size pool, wading pool and a diving pool at no additional cost to campers with a valid camping permit. Hiking trails, boating (by permit) and Mine Kill Falls overlook are also available to campers.

    Max V. Shaul State Park is located in the Schoharie Valley at the base of Toepath Mountain.
    Recreation:
    Fishing, hiking, camping, picnicking, and wintertime cross-country skiing are popular activities here.

    Campsites with showers, a nature trail, a playground, and picnic tables are available, most of which are accessible to disabled visitors.

    If you choose to make a reservation, a non-refundable reservation fee of $7.25 for campsites, cabins/cottages/yurts, slips, pavilions, shelters and gazebo' s will be included in your order total.
    Your credit card account will be charged at the time that the reservation is made. Please allow up to 24 hours for your reservation to be confirmed
    Site Transfers or Date Changes
    There is a $7.25 non-refundable reservation change fee required to make a change to any reservation. To make any changes to your reservation you must call 1-800-456-2267 at least 1 day prior to your scheduled arrival. This fee is substantially less than the fees associated with canceling a reservation and re-booking a new reservation. Any camping reservation with a departure date that is more than 9 months from today cannot be changed for 18 days after the reservation was made.
    Please note: Customer and/or Primary Occupant name changes are not permitted. The reservation will need to be cancelled and re-booked, and all applicable cancellation and reservation fees will be charged.

    I stayed in this park on a fall trip around the Catskills with my van, the day I got there it was pouring rain but next day was beautiful, I was so impressed at how beautiful this park was it’s on my list to return to it

    Great video. I was looking for site 10 pics and I found this gem. I've had my popup on site 16 at the top it was a bit sketchy getting hooked up to leave 😬 but all went well and I would do it again. It's a great place to camp and bathrooms are usually spotless and brand new.

    What a run down place. I just drove past it twice today going & coming from mine kill state park. I’m looking for gorgeous state parks in the Catskills, Appalachian parks. I did the finger lakes region the last two summers. Letchworth, treman, Watkins glen, etc.,
