This brings back memories when I used to camp with my good boy who has now passed away. He was a lab-retriever and was my soul mate. It makes me happy to see Ted living his best life. Nobody can truly appreciate life until they have camped in the rain. Try torrential too. I was young at the time and camped through torrential rain with my dog. We shared the same bed because it was the only dry thing. I had to build a miniature dam to stop the rain pouring into the tent. At night time, we ended up sleeping in the car and it was grand. As a video editor and director - the amount of effort put into filming and editing this video - I truly appreciate. Also the organic sounds. No music, no talking. It is absolute therapy bliss.

What really grabs my attention is the fact that no matter where you live in a mansion or a tent or streets,ur animal won't leave you they are loyal,they never ask for much ,all they want is love and someone to stay with ,a lesson that we as humans need to learn
I’m here on this video for the third time. It’s definitely one of my favourites. My sleep is so much better after watching. I am thankful for no talking, no slurping food sounds. I’m loving seeing faithful Ted, the campfire and the whole relaxing visual, and wonderful sounds of the rain, creek, even pouring coffee. Wonderful.

A good man who feeds his dog like himself. I was suprised that you had such a large meal at lunch, then I remembered from my time with Aussie troops in Viet Nam that their rations had a nourishing breakfast, the large meal at lunch then a light supper. Good video.
I was just saying to my wife today that I don't know who started the camping video with no talking and ambient sound thing, but I thank them. I haven't been able to get out in a few weeks myself and videos like this are the next best thing, thank you.
This was literally like a dream. Hanging with my chocolate lab camping in days of rain. Regardless if I was there to fish or hunt or just camp, being stuck in my tent never bothered me if was prepared. I wasn’t always prepared which is it’s own kinda fun. It’s just the most peaceful state I’ve ever experienced. Time to get busier on the 4Runner. Awesome video.
People who have never camped, especially in rain, don't realize the peace and enjoyment it gives! My earlier years of camping never had me using a tarp. I will never camp again without one! I also camped with very minimal equipment. That is PAST! I really enjoy seeing your equipment. We are on different continents, the enjoyment is the same! Thank you for sharing!
You’re camping video’s are the best type of video’s to help me sleep.. Especially the sounds of cooking and river’s flowing, and rain against the tent!!!! I always end up falling asleep to all of them, because they’re so relaxing and cozy
As a person living within nature, its common for us to live like this , but the fact its a great living comparing than city live . everything is nature around you no pollution no neighbours , great video 👍🏻

Yes. I enjoyed your fun getaway! Thank you for bringing us along. Your camp set up was very smart. Instant tent with tarp over so you can pitch quick and look out and see the scenery and rain. I'm always in quandry how campers make a campfire under their tarps. It seems like it would trash your tarp between heat and sparks. Like my steak MR also. Looked YUMMY! I just love camping so much I even like to watch videos of others camping. I'm a camping nerd for sure! Lol!

I enjoyed this. I was a Girl Scout, but I've never experienced camping out in real nature before, only on the school grounds and surrounding fields near the City Hall. Camping out there while the rain is pouring sounds so appealing now.

This was literally like a dream. Hanging with my chocolate lab camping in days of rain. Regardless if I was there to fish or hunt or just camp, being stuck in my tent never bothered me if was prepared. I wasn’t always prepared which is it’s own kinda fun. It’s just the most peaceful state I’ve ever experienced. Time to get busier on the 4Runner. Awesome video.

Yes. I enjoyed your fun getaway! Thank you for bringing us along. Your camp set up was very smart. Instant tent with tarp over so you can pitch quick and look out and see the scenery and rain. I'm always in quandry how campers make a campfire under their tarps. It seems like it would trash your tarp between heat and sparks. Like my steak MR also. Looked YUMMY! I just love camping so much I even like to watch videos of others camping. I'm a camping nerd for sure! Lol!

I enjoyed this. I was a Girl Scout, but I've never experienced camping out in real nature before, only on the school grounds and surrounding fields near the City Hall. Camping out there while the rain is pouring sounds so appealing now.
