Because of chemical attack in lungs affect by "fibrosis" (lung tissue get thicker) it's incurable. To get out from that trauma I attended 10 days Vipassana meditation in chennai. Slowly I'm getting out from it. Yes you said it well... I'm the one always being with me. And I limited with contact peoples from the past. It's really hard yet this is the only option to do so. By accepting the fact I lost my Gem💎 of my life, This shall too pass and we have to move on with unbreakable mindset. I'm grateful to found you❤
