    • @bdhacker9842
      @bdhacker9842 8 месяцев назад +32

      @@roadrash999 Well.. To trigger PD charging it needs CC pin in the cable . CC pins communicate with the charger to get the right watts. So to support PD charging we need at least 4 wired connections.... 2 for charging and other 2 for triggering PD which called CC pin.
      But there are only 2 wires in a laptop charging cable. One is + and one is -
      Now even though we suppose it has a chip inside to trigger that PD ... It never knows which kind of laptop we are charging. And not every laptop uses the same voltage for charging. So it will be unable to give the right amount of voltage that needs to charge. The probability of proper charging is not at 100% with that!

    Those are bulky for a reason. First of all. The mobile motherboard and laptop motherboard is not same. Both are different. And both have different batteries. Laptop adapters have some features like. Over voltage protection, low voltage protection, surge protection and electeical noise reduction. Which is very important for a laptop or pc. So. Never charge your laptop with a mobile charger. Its not about the watts or power. Its about safety.

    It can support 100W that's good but the type C chargers are rated like 15W which is way less. That's not efficient at all
