this is gonna sound so overly dramatic but omg i am SO grateful i found this right now, i'm stuck almost entirely in my bedroom at home for the foreseeable future (chronic illness yay lol) and i'd just decided to try to get back into acnh and finally actually finish an island, and this is sooooo inspiring. watching your process is so helpful, especially when it comes to making things look more natural/realistic, and this island's vibe and aesthetic and colour palette are so gorgeous! also you might've finally convinced me to try using gyroids on my island, they're so cute here and don't actually look totally out of place

i'm new to this channel and i love it! its very refreshing to see the thought process behind builds and not just a speed build (although i love them as well). Also i find it really interesting that you work on a general layout and then complete the decorating ! it's very unique and very different from what i personnally do
I actually think the pink azalea bushes provide a really sweet pop of colour!! (re: 8:10) it's a nice contrast from all the green and neutral tones. I'm loooving this island design so far :-)

WOW! Calathea is turning out absolutely beautiful! Every new area you showed was prettier than the previous one. It shows that you're really enjoying yourself with this island! I love the different areas and the gyroids working around! I'd totally visit this botanical garden if it was real (even if I'm terrified of bugs and this doesn't seem safe for my bug phobia 😂) The codes are so perfect for this theme too. I absolutely love this island! 💚🌱

this is looking amazing! As much as I like the everything covered style that you use, I also really like the more open restful places where you haven't yet finished.... On the gyroids, I have a gyroid forest on my current island, it is so much fun!!

wow i don't think i've seen this island since you yeeted the forever build! first of all: wow your tattoo looks ABSOLUTELY gorgeous, i didn't even know jellyfishes were a thing for you! i'm absolutely obsessed since i LOVE sea creatures and jellyfish is definitely also on my list, i mean they're such inspiring creatures if you think about it?? if you take them out of their natural environment they just end up as pathetic blobs, but underwater they're sooo beautiful and even tho they look fragile, they can STING like slay queen
ps: i love the editing on this video! :3 also, the idea with the gyroids is super cool in of itself but the way you described it makes it so cute and funny 😄
EDIT: i have an idea! you could also use the little handheld snacks as a dropped item because the little paperbag looks like as if someone brought a lunchpack to the botanical garden, but forgot or dropped there :3 also...OMG the daisy path??? that was super popular back in 2021 when springcore first came around, it gives me so much nostalgia

Using the gyroids as the workers is freaking adorable, I love it! Research area looks great, the lighter colors def helped.
Idk why but between the music and the initial dark theme of Doc's house, I was thinking "mad scientist." Experimenting with huge, villager-eating plants, oh my!
