View is from Cottonwood, Calif looking north towards Redding, Calif. where a developing convergence line produced a very impressive local circulation, turbulence and a large field of mammatus indicating severe local instability.
Of note is a different CZ about 75 miles to the south near WIllows produced a severe thunderstorm with torrential hail that caused some local damage.
