    Trust is a two way street. People will always call on the past when they don't understand the present so are ill prepared for the future. I met my husband at 15 he was 16. I trust him with everything and vice versa and we have now been married since we were 21 and I am now 57. He is my best friend. Lies are one think but cheating is a completely different action. Not only have you insulted her but yourself and no one says that. For a woman to be cheated on it is the single most painful thing to have to go through because she didn't know why and what went wrong. Men suffer from it to but not like a woman. It physically hurts that the man you love could do that. Break up it hurts but not as much as cheating.

    Its called trust and communication. I've dated Korean guys since the 1980s some that were born here in the States and some from Korea, the ones born in Korea are so amszed at how things are done here, but then they try to get nickle-slick and try to take advantage of everything 😅.

    If I were in this situation (which I am), I'm the type of person who will check on you and make sure you are ok. If you are at work or hanging with friends and I don't receive a call or a text from you, I will call or text you. That's not stalker behavior. It's because I'm concerned.
    If a person has trust issues or has been in that situation where the other person has cheated and said they were going one place but end up at the other 304s house, then yea, best believe I'm calling you to see where you at. 🤔

  • @cocoooo222

    i think it’s weird to be obsessive like that. if you’re that worried about your partner cheating that you have to call and message them every other hour when they’re not by your side then there’s obviously a sign of an unhealthy relationship.

    That's why there is a saying in my country that encourages travelling and seeing the world so our minds broaden instead of staying narrow within the confines of our own people and culture. I'm glad we are more open to other races and have more tolerance to accept the good changes that comes with them. Our people love food so everyone can become instant friends just by talking about food and sharing recipes.❤

    I feel like if you keep on texting and constantly everything it's like pretty much saying you expect them to cheat on you and always thinking with somebody hit on them well at the end of the day you think that one guy who hits on your girlfriend they're going to leave you forever you should trust that they're not going to just run off with some guy over you your relationship is more valuable then that. I don't want to be in a relationship that is only surface based . I feel like the energy I give to that relationship should be the energy I receive so if you feel like you're not getting the same energy and commitment then why be with that person.

      yeah I would say it's most that aren't this way tbh. maybe depending on age, younger people are more prone because of lack of experience. this difference is really just dependent on trust. if the person you're with trusts you, they will be relaxed and they won't worry constantly about you being unfaithful.

    • @AliceBunny05
      @AliceBunny05 7 месяцев назад

      But also, what's the point in trying to protect someone in that way when they're out. That won't do anything, instead, make sure she will be equipped to deal with a situation if something happens, and just remind her every time before she goes out that you see it as your pride to be the one she calls when something goes wrong. That way, she won't feel like she's burdening you if she's in an uncomfortable situation. If you want to be useful in that way, that's all you can do without being overbearing. If you're more worried about people trying to flirt than her genuine safety, then you're just going to have to improve your own trust, because her's is clearly on a good level.

    I don’t know if it’s trust or if a huge chunk of us born overseas have reached a point where it’s like 🤷🏾‍♀️ if they’re going to Cheat their going to cheat it doesn’t matter if I text,call or show up. Let them mess up by themselves & we’ll see if I’m single now. No point in stressing ourselves out.

    That’s only because foreign women are less aware of the dating culture in Korea. Korean women just know better. Korean dating culture is not very monogamous. Cheating among K men is very widely accepted. So I don’t blame his ex girlfriend for being insecure. It’s just how it is.

    Because trust and respect often inspire your partner to show them in turn
    Also it says a lot that (idk... Is she american, there are a lot of other countries where this is true as well but I'm going to speak on behalf of Americans even though his girlfriend might not be American) men where I live are by and large such do nothing adult children who need to be cared for by their girlfriends and wives that this man is shocked that doing even the smallest kind or thoughtful thing inspires such great admiration and joy from his partner. We just don't expect it at this point we expect it to be really low effort like flowers and chocolate, but with no thought put into what kind of chocolate and what kind of flowers either. And like that's going all out for them. And for people who are going to say "Not all men" at me, OBVIOUSLY. BUT IT'S ENOUGH MEN.
    I also like the idea that this Korean man gets a foreign girlfriend and becomes woke. Korean culture has a lot of very stifling ideas especially when it comes to gender equality, let alone anything to do with gender or sexual identity. I've literally seen people make a stink about Stars reading a feminist book or wearing a shirt with a feminist slogan, as if that is a bad word. So I just love the idea of like this foreign girlfriend coming in I just absolutely expanding this man's mind beyond the barriers of thought that he's even been allowed to explore😂
