I have last year’s model with the padded heel strap. Run them with soft bushings and heel strap in surf mode and I love them. So surfy
Do you have to buy the extra bushings, or do the bindings come with all three densities?
@@christopherkent1740 mine came with the soft and hard bushings. I’ve heard there’s a medium bushing set but I’ve personally only ever seen hard and soft and am not sure a medium would even be needed

What do you think is the best binding for the Stratos
In your experience between these and the now brigade, which is a more flexing freestyle binding? Is there a better binding in the Jones or now line for a freestyle/all mountain aspect?
They kind of overlap each other.
I have the Jones Mountain Twin and just wondering what bindings you would recommend? The Jones Meteorite, Orion, or Mercury?
Take your pick. Probably lean more towards the Mercury.
What is the main difference between this and the mercury binding? Is the mercury just a bit stiffer with hanger 3.0 instead of 2.0
Different straps and over all feel.
I'm the same weight and size 10 boots... I was wondering if I get the meteorite should I get the medium or large bindings? And the boots i have are the burton ruler boa..Appreciate any tips you can give me

What are the differences between the Jones Apollo and Now O-Drive?
Slight strap tweak, highback, and the name on the side.
Rode this beaties yesterday, nothing more to add, comfortable and powerful!
But, I had a problem with my boots. The spoiler unclipped my side Boa on every short turn. Do you have any advice for this?
Rotate the highback if you can. Or duct tape the boa closed.

Whats a good directional twin that has similar pop and edgebite? Need a new one for next season that doesnt have that awful channelsystem that has failed where the previous est-bindings where mounted...

Do I need skatetech? Not sure as to how it changes board feel and ride.
I don't know if you need it. But it does change the toe to heel response from the binding giving it more power down into the edge.
@@AngrySnowboarder so deeper carves? Any downsides? Does it slow edge-to-edge or make the edge changes any less "smooth" or precise?
Hey Angry hate the be that guy, would this pair well with my Jones Stratos? I’ve got a set of Union Forces on it as that’s all I had laying around. Doesn’t feel like a good fit. Would these be a better set? I ain’t hitting much park anymore. Just trying to relax. Thanks man.
It will work but the Mercury is better in my opinion than the meteorite.
@@AngrySnowboarder Thanks. I’ll see if any of the local shacks got a pair of mercury’s laying around for sale. I suspect I just suck and the bindings won’t make a difference. But hey, better than using the $ on drugs or school.
I have last years binding and kind of pissed. Great binding but no cool skull on the back-- that is BS!
You reference the union ultra, any review coming out soon for that binding?
I don’t believe he’s been able to ride a set of those yet
