@@tinahuttner7280 Then how is dead skin gone after? they might not exfoliate as well as going and getting a professional treatment. But they do exfoliate some dead skin off.

I got a variety pack of expensive sugar scrub from an online store. Three different scents. There was lavender, rose, and eucalyptus. I did get ants in the rose stuff, but they didn't like the other two.
These must be great for eating also!

I've been using a variation of the second one for about a year and it's pretty great tbh, i feel all nice and smooth
These scrubs are amazing and I am using that coffee scrub since many years and it worked wonders to my skin♥️♥️

For a second I was confused and I thought i clicked a Tasty video, and I was thinking "why are you adding such a small amount of coconut oil to the cookies?!" Then I realized...
i use DIY scrubs on my arms legs and stomach since its cheap and those areas in your body aren't prone to acne! as for my chest , back and pubic bone i would much rather purchase a good body scrub instead of these! thats just my tip if you're prone to acne! these are perfect scrubs i usually just did coconut oil and coffee but the Himalayan salt is SUCH A PRETTY IDEA

1. These are meant for your body not your face.
2. Other than the coconut oil, none of the other ingredients are known to clog pores or cause breakouts.

I made one with sugar honey and aloe gel and it works so good if you want soft skin and if you struggle with a darker pigment
Hey! I tried it and... I was impressed.
I wasn't sure what to expect (I've never used body scrubs 😬).
I followed the recipes as they are, and I found that what it did to my skin was help it better absorb the hydration I would give it with cream and lotion.
So say you have really dry skin and intense dry-skin lotions still don't do much. Try using these before applying your lotion so that your skin actually gets nourished with what you're giving it.

I guess it did improve my skin but within 2 days it started to melt and become gooey

If you want a simple exfoliant that's not as rough as these
Just use sugar and honey
I use white sugar
But I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter.
The honey helps the skin
The sugar exfoliates
You can even leave it on as a face mask instead of doing all of this..
MrsLadyPerez brown sugar is chunkier which helps exfoliate better but ya white sugar works too
Well the purpose of the oil is to moisturize while you exfoliate. So with that being said I don’t think just sugar and honey would make a great scrub cuz your skin would still be dry afterwards...but that’s just me.
You need an oil to moisture. Using just sugar and honey would actually be rougher on the skin especially if you're going to exfoliate.

I personnally use coffee grounds and olive oil for my body. For my face i like to use baking soda with a little bit of lemon juice and it work pretty well for me

The problem with the coconut oil ones is that they will coat your bath or shower and can make it slippery.

I don’t recommend using coconut oil for anything you’re going to wash down the drain because it solidifies and leads to clogs.

Coconut oil and coffee grounds will clog your drains after a while just to let you know! My house is older so we don’t have the best pipes but just be weary on how much you’re putting down the drain!

Sugar makes a good scrub for the body but so too is salt. Salt helps with joint pain poor circulation of blood etc..I recently did a video on my channel salt + rose petal face & body scrub. 👌

I'd reccommend sugar and olive oil as the perfect base. From there just add whatever you think your skin might need-coffee, rose water,cinnamon, whatever.

Depends on the thing u use dude,a lot of the things they used last long,probobly around 7 months or 6 but I think it's fine to use for longer, don't use it for 3 years tho,that shit nasty
Doesn’t last very long in my experience. I recommend making a small portion of the scrub.
