I'm losing faith in trusting Hilton to provide an enjoyable stays!

I’m starting to question whether I should remain loyal to Hilton. I’ve noticed the post-pandemic change in standards (Embassy Suites - Chevy Chase, MD) and I keep telling myself the next stay will be better. I have two Hilton stays booked for 2023 in May (Doubletree - Silver Spring, MD) and November (Hotel Maya Doubletree - Long Beach, CA). I’ll make my final decision after the November trip.

Hilton has a serious management issue. I have been turned away once and card scam once. No one in Hilton try to solve the problem, I have to call them again and again to speak to a person who in charge. Avoid Hilton. My experience.
What hotel chains are better than Hilton right now???
They have issues. Sadly all the chains have lost control of standards with franchises. Property by property
My husband n I stayed a a Hilton Hotel in Mrsa az. We booked two nights. The bed is the worst, everytime you move it makes noises....cricket, crunch noise, the bed is hard. N I the wife is sitting in a uncomfortable chair. There is no way this is idea...I bet Paris Hilton would never stay in this room n she doesn't have to pay for. Well we want our money back n cancel our next night here
There is. No way we are staying again. I am so disappointed n received no reply from the manager.
