What is the longest this camera can record for before “overheating”? Thinking of getting a couple for long term recording at 1080p 60fps, wondering if heat was gonna be an issue.
A lot of the lower SJCAM upscaled 2K if the sensor maxes out at 2K, which is true of the IMX335 sensor. My SJ6 is like that, but all I want is 1080P anyway. It surprises me how small the camera is in your hand. The battery is fixed. I was wondering how long you would get recording 1080/60. An hour isn't brilliant if you can't change batteries.

Brilliant review. For the price I would say it is pretty good. buying it now in 2024 you will pick up a bargain. Don't 9:30 really see paying extra for C300 and battery stick is a great improvement. So for anyone starting out making shorter videos I would say this is quite nice.😊
What would be the best latest Action Cam with the BEST onboard microphone? I love the idea of vlogging with an action cam but hate the idea of plugging external Mic. There must be one, right?
great review alex. unfortunately sjcam seems that did not try too much for better products. ive bought the sjcam m20 back in 2016/17 and its pretty much the same with c200. it has the same processor and the same video recording options but also it has bigger screen and 166 wide angle. on the other hand c200 has a different sensor (but as i see it doesnt make any difference than imx206) and bigger battery 1200mah. so why to give another 130$ for an identical camera? when i bought it 5 years ago under 100$?

@@surya.exploring I opted for Insta360 Go 2 as I am not fully satisfied with the sample footages I found online for the C200. Plus, Go 2 is pretty versatile and has superb stabilization just like the GoPro Hero 9. Pretty close.

My girlfiend has been using the Macbook air M1 for about 3 months. I edited a couple of videos on it and it is a super awesome computer. I do recommend getting the version with 16gb ram

24p looks more like 19p. I wish everyone would stop using 24p, no screen or monitor or display or TV ever runs natively at this slow of a refresh rate. 24 won't evenly divide into 60 which is the typical refresh rate of all displays now-a-days and because of that 24 always looks choppy and shudders during any kind of motion. Yeah, this is the same camera from 5 years ago :) Makens no sense to me..but here we are..
I think it's expensive because of body waterproof and portabal body.
