    Rest/ active recovery day, what do you incorporate into this (footy player)? and what would your weekly split look like? Eg. Monday - mobility, flexibility, endurance running etc…

    What would an ideal weekly split look like for speed strength etc and actual hockey training, with atleast 3-4 hrs of hockey

    Do you think that the mental side of things could be added to the set of athletes attributes and how important is it?

    • @Liam_Watson
      @Liam_Watson 2 года назад

      Consistently running the 2km and focus on pushing yourself

      @@Liam_Watson this barely helps lol. Working on 400m times with minimal rest on between is best

      @@Liam_Watson also running further than 2km is better then just 2km bc that trains your mind to push your body so you know u can go firther

    Hey mate, whats your 2km? You look super fit.
    Also, i'm an aspiring footballer, I was wondering what the avg 2km would be at a state league club.

    • @billycannolo5991
      @billycannolo5991 2 года назад

      Most high end state league players in the VFL will be around the 6 minutes-6:30 mark for their 2 k

    • @billycannolo5991
      @billycannolo5991 2 года назад

      Average would be around 7 minutes

      @Yesles21 2 года назад

      @@billycannolo5991 I don't know though. Hopefully he can reply. I reckon best state league is 6:00-6:15 2km and average is more 6:45.

      sorry about that, I'm just an amateur player haha, I don't actually know the inner sanctum! A question, is the pace of the VFL quicker than the pace of the NAB League? If so, is it only a little or a lot quicker.
