♡ recipe: granola
- 150g rolled oats
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 1tsp vanilla
- 20g maple syrup (I use 0cal one!!)
-15g coconut
- 25g almonds
- 25g walnuts
- if you have raisins, add these in after the granola is out of the oven! (so they don't burn)
♡ recipe: okra dish
- 500g okra
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 2 green peppers
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato (forgot to show me putting this in just before the lemon juice!)
- a clove of garlic
- 1tbsp tomato paste
- salt + red chilli flakes
- juice of half a lemon
- 4cups of boiling water
