Lebe Stark: Don't try this at home! Meanwhile every Victors video: Пробуйте, повторяйте, тренироваться можно даже дома! (Try, repeat, you can train it at home)
9:12 It is Polish! It says "I know this video won't get 10k views like someone's ass but maybe at least 100?" and then "It is one of the hardest strength tricks od late 19th century". Best regards from Poland, I love Your stuff and started kettlebells last year because of Your videos!
Thanks for helping out brother! Your country houses one of the all time greats who was pivotal in the development of kettlebell training! His name was Pytla (Vladislav Pytlasinski). Legendary character! Sending you love back from Switzerland! - Gregory
I’ve handled those plastic KB grips. I don’t personally recommend them. I could see if you travel a lot to places with no KB access throwing one in your luggage to do some swings...but even then debatable whether it’s worth it IMO. Not ergonomic to rack. Balance is weird for one hand swing. Works okay for two hand swings, but you’ll need a pretty wide stance to make room for the backswing. I’d rather just grab two dumbbells and swing them outside the legs in a Clubbell stance.
Thanks, it's always good to have a few laughs!
That's actually Vodka Victor is balancing on the 32 @ 10:42
Dude is a house! - Gregory

You must do a podcast with Victor! Real root guy!
That Viktor dude seems to me to be the archetypical person who doesn't _try_ anything, they just do. Quite amazing strength.
Viktor is a genetic specimen most definitely! - Gregory
Why.....
