First, you rarely, if never at all, are going solo lane with ignite, only if you are a casual Kayle player who wishes to win trade level 1 and lose lane. Kayle has no lane control until 11, so it's ideal to use tp instead. Second, laning against ranged you only pick LT if you are a masochist in disguise, far better to grab fleet and survive pokes. Third, from 2-5, your win chance in trades goes next to zero: Q is mostly focusing in farming and avoiding engage with W, and maxing E first as a must for takedowns means you can only dream of starting trading again at 6. All in all, her level 1 "secret power" is due to rune choice + ignite + trading against melee, and I guess many champions fall in this category.

I said she's strongest lvl 1 except into trundle and ranged tops. It's not about fighting champs past lvl 1-2 (going for prio in lane). Game is about farming after that point.
I feel like Shen is THE best tank in the game, the problem is that no one knows why you dash around with your pretty shiny Sword and make a nice circle around you... Its really damn good in grouped 5s tho! Depending on my team i might even gift kills to other players because im just there to disrupt
As a shen main i can say that he is underrated right now and in s14 he is in better position with wave clear and mr items. You Just need to find a good teammate

Brother i don't know about your experience, but out of 20-25 matches i olayed, I have whopping 61% ish percent win rate. It suck if you dont know how to play it (like other champs) but the champ relies in his team alot at the late game. So how i fix this issue is, I make em not die and kill the opponent laner, when they get that sense of "power" you just protect them till they finish the game. The champ is only hard against to play Aatrox and Tryndmare (trundle is... Just dont leave him alone) since aatrox's damage comes from his Q and Tryndmare is just a bad champ design who can outlast you every single minitue thanks to his ult Edit: Lmao just watched the video, i didnt expect to see a Tryndmare matchup 😂
