    You guy,s hands down are the best SD cover band on the scene. I,ve been a Steely Dan fan since 1974! I know all the lyrics and nuances, beside that they are my favorite band@ i sae them live in 2014 in New Orleans on 3 day,s rest@ 2hr show. I was on my feet for the majority of the show! Thx Guy,s😊😊😊

    I’ve liked SD since 1979, listening to Aja and then working backwards. Other bands/groups have come and gone, but SD has remained a constant. Wonderful to see such a quality group of musicians continue the legacy…

    The split second tandem bass/ keyboard notes at 3:33-4 is wonderful. The whole keyboard solo is remarkable, and all the more with that cool-ass shirt😂

    Superb cover! Of all the great SD guitar work, the solo in GT II has always been one of my favorites and man, it was expertly played! The improvisation on the closing solo was also crafted quite well and added a new twist. You guys are amazing and your musicianship shines!

    The first time I saw Steely Dan live was in 1973 at Iowa State University. And about three times since, the last time in 2015, shortly before Walter passed away . You guys do them nothing but proud. I will be joining your shows in and around Chicago as my schedule permits.

      I didn't see them until April 1974 at the U. of Toledo. I've always wondered if they had "Midnite Cruiser" on their '73 set list, with drummer Jim Hodder on lead vocal. They never did on their '74 tour of the U.S. and England.

      @@andyinoregon I didn't get to see them until 2018 here in the UK. Walter had left us by then, but I've been buying their albums since 1972, so seeing Donald live was like a dream come true.

    The most faithful recreation of these Steely Dan deep cuts that a fan could ever hope to hear. The last time I saw Becker & Fagen live (Aug. 13, 2013 at Troutdale, Oregon's Edgefield Amphitheater), they opened the show with 1973's "Your Gold Teeth." It was good, but not nearly this good!

    Back in 89-92 , I used to play bass with a band that did Steely Dan covers, along with Grateful Dead, Little Feat, the Band, and other such music with staying power ~~~
    We never did hit these two, but I take great pleasure in your post of these two chestnuts, esp. the freedoms you took with GT2 towards the end of the tune.

    This band is tight. I'd go out of my way to see them and I've seen SD several times perform live. The lead vocals are as they would have been had Fagan been blessed with a sweeter voice.

    I'm 54 & Your Gold Teeth II is one of my all time favourite songs.
    Tin Pan Alley (SRV) is up there too
    But I loved your cover. Man, you can all play
    I was only disappointed that the camera didn't stay on the soloists guitar when he played the solo.
    I can't play, but i just love seeing great musicians playing hard solos
    Still, a brilliant performance

    I remember the Gold in Cleveland at the music box....love this recent version of II.....
    Matts perfect rendition of Denny's leads coupled with Sean's improvised conclusion in jamband vernacular was sonic joy to the ears....
