Please read the Fine Print of SB 76, easily sneak in unrelated hidden proposals such as inheritance tax etc.
It won't work while uses they cap parking fees. Lots charge up to a hundred for events these and that will subvert the whole initiative, unless everyone public transportation

What's the point of having outside night life in Downtown SF? You be better off going to those night markets in the Outer Sunset area near 19th Avenue. Also, it's much safer there.
No please don't come. People in the outer sunset are generally civilized and would prefer to enjoy our neighbohood free of outside influences.

I imagine a "Bourbon Street" like in New Orleans. Could be pretty damn cool, not gonna lie. I'd invest in that.
