- Luke Grimes sits down with ET's Cassie DiLaura for a candid conversation on all things 'Yellowstone.' The 37-year-old actor recalls the casting process and cowboy bootcamp ahead of filming. The Ohio native also opens up about his character, Kayce Dutton, and the vision quest he experiences in season 4. Plus, the former 'Brothers and Sisters' actor takes a trip down memory lane and recounts what it was like to reunite with Dave Annable for the Paramount Network show. 'ET Presents: 'Yellowstone' Aftershow,' which includes more from Grimes, along with other cast members, is streaming now on Paramount +.

I love how he explains Monica's conflict and how he describes her and Kayce's relationship. I'm excited for Season 5 to see how his storyline follows on from the 'vision quest' and what becomes of his family and new baby.
I've never been keen on the Monica character. She just always has come across to me as being kinda "whiny" and I don't like her constant effort to pull Kayce away from his obligation to his family. Yeah, I get that he has his own family now, but I really want to see him in the end be the one who saves the Dutton legacy.

Aw, this was a nice little interview of Luke! He seems like such a genuine guy and honestly, is more like Kayce than he knows lol! Now, he's living in Montana too!? I can't wait to see what happens in the last few episodes of season 4 and more!

Best character on Yellowstone and it’s not even remotely close. A lot of that is obviously how Taylor wrote the character, but Luke’s portrayal is perfect!

I know the results from the event 2022 Run for a Million don't be public until Yellowstone and The Last Cowboy show it on their episodes. Today I'm putting my application in for next year maybe a 20x40 booth hopefully we'll see what Amanda can come up with. I'm sure Paramount will renew for season 6. See you next time at that table!

I absolutely love the northern states- and Montana really stole my heart. Cant wait to be able to travel again, and go back there. This show just feels so authentic and real. I hope the people who live in the state is able to keep it as pristine and real as it is

I grew up riding horses in Colorado in the hogbacks. To me spring was a celebration. I loved watching the Indian paintbrush etc. bloom. I ended up moving south because of my work and bailed from the city. I can certainly understand why he moved up there. My wife is from LA. We really haven't been back much since her parents passed away. My wife grew up going to Idaho for the summers so she's feeling this too.

He look totally different here in this interview. He does great portraying the Kasey character. And totally learned riding horses! Hope to see him in more outdoor movies. So happy to see Native Americans represented in this series. Have thoroughly enjoyed watching each character. He is a natural!

Perfect example of what happens when you move out of the city and actually embrace nature, Luke said it best, he'd go back to LA and say "why am i here?"

Don’t entertain the idea of playing John Dutton with that new gal from the protest, just doesn’t work, boring, he needs a real feisty, woman, more his age to make that work, she isn’t the one! She isn’t ranch material.

Luke getting to work under the tutorlage of the ultimate filmmaker/actor/writer/musician and Western Icon in Clint Eastwood must have been really something!
As much as Kevin Costner is a Hollywood Icon himself and rightfully should be recognised as such, but, Clint is at the very top of the highest peak there is.
If you're gonna learn things, working with these people is a damn good way to do it.
