When I was 9 I began a project that ended up taking three years to finish which was a model of the setup from the lego movie I started doing summer jobs like mowing neighbors lawns and stuff like that. I ended up saving so much money that I bought all the sets and a lot of lego classic and flat plates for pieces and got it finished it took up my entire room but I was proud of it unfortunately I had to take it apart when we moved but I did my best to keep it in sections so it could be repaired it's been about 8 months and I'm already almost done I have worked on it everyday after school and really have a lot of fun doing so that was my favorite project made out of lego
Imagine someone breaks into your house and you just say "hold up let me get my lego" and the burglar is just like "okay I guess, what's he gonna do with the lego shoot me?" Then you come back with fricking lego bow
Ik I’m a little late watching the vid but my best Lego creation is probably the S7 Sniper from Halo Infinite. It had a lot of power behind its shots (it could pierce a coke can from 10 metres.)
Back in my days as 11 year old, I played with the neighbour-kid and we played cops. So we needed guns to play and we build them out of Legos. With gummibands and a loading mechanism. Not like the rifle in this video, but I had a trigger and 2 shots - and a lot of "bullets" ...not to mention, that I lost nearly 20 pieces of Lego on that day 😂
and then you here these anoying sentences: "legos are for kids" "why should we buy you legos sets if it's for kids" "don't watch Lego shows these are for kids"
When I was about 17yrs old (23yrs ago), I built a Star Wars AT-AT Walker. It was slightly bigger than the 1980's Vintage Toy AT-AT Walker. It was extremely detailed, and the head and legs moved like in the movie. This took about 2 months to build as there was no directions to build such a model in existence. I built it from scratch using only photos of the movie props that were used in the Empire Strikes Back. I still have today.
The most interesting lego thing I've built was a hardly functional costal artillery battery based off the adolf gun, it used a somewhat interesting way to rotate the turret tho its overly simple, I took a 2x by 2x redirector which was connected to a 1x by 4x redirector and connected it to a 1x by 10x brick.
The arcade machine actually uses the same technique as the Mario tv to move the road. If you have an extra $250 I believe it is, than you should buy it
I think this video was really good, I especially liked the clip of the Bugatti, the sniper rifle and the bow. Using lego, I've made my own transformers, including my own version of Omega Supreme that combines with the main transformer which is a dragon (of course everything is done manually).
One of my classes is robotics, in which we use Lego technic and EV3 to make functioning robots. All I've got to say is that building the machine was probably the hardest part.
I've been building Legos for a very long time and I can never get enough I love the super complex builds especially Lego sets that have thousands upon thousands of Legos to construct my favorite Lego sets are Star wars I would love to have every single ship model
I once built a mini boat without any motors and stuff just pure lego bricks it also goes forward automatically it does this because the front is more heavy but not too heavy so it can still float but its tilted :p
I saw one guy who made a fully functional realistic bridge assembly machine that would clamp itself onto a road deck, unfold, extend out over a pylon, then haul and place a bridge segment, and repeat the process. He also made one that converted part of itself into a bridge to cross a gap, then picked itself back up.
I gotta say, for a dumb list video this one delivered the goods. I wasn’t expecting that. Also, that Bow shown at number 1 is amazing. I can’t believe how much draw strength he got out of it. I have to build one now with my kid.
I remember when I was 13 I was working on a time machine completely made by Legos. It took about 4 years to finish… that is if I had finished it. My prototype was completed and to test it I used a mouse. With the controller I had built with it I could control what time period the machine would send you to. I sent the mouse to 1705 in london. Everything seemed to be going well as the mouse disappeared. When I tried bringing him back I realized that one trip completely drained the remotes 4 AA batteries. Unfortunately the last ones we had were the ones I had put in the remote. My mom took me to Walmart to get some more. I wanted to make the trip as quick as possible so we had left my little brother at home since we knew he would slow us down. Little did I know what trouble we had left behind. When I came back with the batteries, I immediately ran to the time machine to see if I could bring the mouse back. My run soon turned to a halt as I stare at the Lego ruins before me. You know how it is when you have a little brother and Legos so I’m sure you understand what it was like. I tried not getting too mad cuz I was the same way when I was little but it would’ve been cool to have a time machine. Perhaps the citizens of london, 1705, know if the time travel had succeeded. I guess we’ll never find out.
