I would love to be able to say your right, all I need to do is breathe. Yes here comes the BUT! There are such severe issues in some of our lives that to sit and simoly breathe is just not an option. I've always lived as working middle class or so I thought. At 50 years old the house I had been living in for a few years was sold and I had less than 30 days to get out. I had no where to go...not enough money to get into an apartment and I have a dog. So 2 weeks at a hotel at 550. per week. Plus living. That depleted what money I had plus the 20. in gas a day to work and needless to say now no money for hotel, been in my car for a week. I'm so beat, tired and just feeling defeated. I've never been even close to homeless...until now. What an experience this has been. I'm ready for it all to be over. Pleaser make no mistake I'm not saying your wrong but I wanted to point out it isn't always so easy.

I hope some of you pray for me. I suffer chronic migraine since I was 30, six years ago I began having an attack everyday. I have been hospitalized several times, I have tryed a lot of treatments, from both traditional and alternative medicine but nothing have worked. It destroyed my marriage, I can’t work, I can’t have a relationship, my friends disappeared and I’m almost completely isolated. I just talk to my cat nowadays and my family barely help me. I passed the last two Christmas, New Year’s Eve and my birthdays alone in the dark with pain and a horrible fatigue. Sometimes I pray God my time comes quickly. But I’m relatively young, (46 years old), I studied a professional carrier in Graphic Design (five years) and with Gods help I know I can find something that get me better and star over. I welcome any suggestion someone may have.
Sara Musse Not really. They did an MRI twice, a TAC, and a lot of exams my neurologist recommended. Everything is fine, at least I don’t have a tumor or structural problems. Today I began a new treatment developed by a md, Erik Pearl, called ‘Reconnection’. It’s a New Age thing I would say, a little difficult to explain. Someone from my days at the University recommended I should do it and probably it’s going to be the answer. At least I have faith and after the first session I’m feeling as good as ten years ago. Even people with cancer and epilepsy had been cured. Thanks for asking

OMG, i've been listening to this for 10 minutes and started crying and "talking" to my dead grandma who caused a lot of my self esteem problems when i was a child and i had to spend a lot of time with her) ). "You're a bad daughter, a bad granddaughter, selfish, you're lazy and so on. All this when i was just a child. A good one. At 17 she disowned me. I truly have no idea why. finally, after 41 years i've finally managed to say to her (and mean it) that i'm grateful for her taking care of me when my parents had to work and that she would've deserved a better life (she was a Holocaust survivor, but never got over it). I could finally say from the bottom of my heart : Thank you, i'm really sorry you had a difficult life). It's like releasing a huge rock from your heart. Thank you!!!!!! ❤❤❤

People don't necessarily need to be on the streets. She's a mom of two and homeless, not a prostitute! I currently have a homeless girl staying with me. She's not on the street. She was sleeping at different locations every night, not on the streets. Homeless means you don't have a stable home. There are many homeless people, who are not on the streets because someone took them in. It doesn't mean they're not homeless. The only difference is that some homeless people don't have anyone to take them and others, like my daughter's friend and her husband's brother, do. Stop judging, people! Open your minds and hearts and God will bless you.

I'm an empath/highly sensitive person. Noise and constant chettering of my coworkers makes me freak out sometimes. The noise, smells and small talk makes me want to slam my head on my computer. I've been using my earbuds and blocking them out with this. Amazing.
I'm a empath-highly sensitive person. And I can feel pain of other people through the music, movies or just when I'm looking at my window. Same with good vibes. So my eyes almost everytime holding on tears from falling. And still wanna kill everyone who making repeating noise beside me. And I know only one cure. Art. Creation. I started feeling depressed immediately after letting an old friend back in, I think they're a energy vampire. I feel like they feed off of my positive energy soo much, that they drain it and take it all away.

Whenever I listen to this music I remember all my past when my anxiety and insomnia was worst and depressed too much. I used to listen this music and meditate every day for healing. Now I have overcome all my pains through meditation.

I would love to be able to say your right, all I need to do is breathe. Yes here comes the BUT! There are such severe issues in some of our lives that to sit and simoly breathe is just not an option. I've always lived as working middle class or so I thought. At 50 years old the house I had been living in for a few years was sold and I had less than 30 days to get out. I had no where to go...not enough money to get into an apartment and I have a dog. So 2 weeks at a hotel at 550. per week. Plus living. That depleted what money I had plus the 20. in gas a day to work and needless to say now no money for hotel, been in my car for a week. I'm so beat, tired and just feeling defeated. I've never been even close to homeless...until now. What an experience this has been. I'm ready for it all to be over. Pleaser make no mistake I'm not saying your wrong but I wanted to point out it isn't always so easy.

I hope some of you pray for me. I suffer chronic migraine since I was 30, six years ago I began having an attack everyday. I have been hospitalized several times, I have tryed a lot of treatments, from both traditional and alternative medicine but nothing have worked. It destroyed my marriage, I can’t work, I can’t have a relationship, my friends disappeared and I’m almost completely isolated. I just talk to my cat nowadays and my family barely help me. I passed the last two Christmas, New Year’s Eve and my birthdays alone in the dark with pain and a horrible fatigue. Sometimes I pray God my time comes quickly. But I’m relatively young, (46 years old), I studied a professional carrier in Graphic Design (five years) and with Gods help I know I can find something that get me better and star over. I welcome any suggestion someone may have.

Sara Musse Not really. They did an MRI twice, a TAC, and a lot of exams my neurologist recommended. Everything is fine, at least I don’t have a tumor or structural problems. Today I began a new treatment developed by a md, Erik Pearl, called ‘Reconnection’. It’s a New Age thing I would say, a little difficult to explain. Someone from my days at the University recommended I should do it and probably it’s going to be the answer. At least I have faith and after the first session I’m feeling as good as ten years ago. Even people with cancer and epilepsy had been cured. Thanks for asking

OMG, i've been listening to this for 10 minutes and started crying and "talking" to my dead grandma who caused a lot of my self esteem problems when i was a child and i had to spend a lot of time with her) ). "You're a bad daughter, a bad granddaughter, selfish, you're lazy and so on. All this when i was just a child. A good one. At 17 she disowned me. I truly have no idea why. finally, after 41 years i've finally managed to say to her (and mean it) that i'm grateful for her taking care of me when my parents had to work and that she would've deserved a better life (she was a Holocaust survivor, but never got over it). I could finally say from the bottom of my heart : Thank you, i'm really sorry you had a difficult life). It's like releasing a huge rock from your heart.

People don't necessarily need to be on the streets. She's a mom of two and homeless, not a prostitute! I currently have a homeless girl staying with me. She's not on the street. She was sleeping at different locations every night, not on the streets.
Homeless means you don't have a stable home. There are many homeless people, who are not on the streets because someone took them in. It doesn't mean they're not homeless. The only difference is that some homeless people don't have anyone to take them and others, like my daughter's friend and her husband's brother, do.

I was just looking for some peaceful sounds to fall asleep to because this past month has just been horrible and now this comment section has made me feel soooo much better even if it's just temporary I really needed it thank you everyone! My mind is so polluted with negative thoughts I feel like I’m crumbling away. Even when I actively try to think positively its like a dark cloud rolls in and I’m back to where I started. I want so badly to manifest abundance and happiness into my life. This depression and sadness has taken over but I will keep trying everyday to get better. I'm an empath/highly sensitive person. Noise and constant chettering of my coworkers makes me freak out sometimes. The noise, smells and small talk makes me want to slam my head on my computer. I've been using my earbuds and blocking them out with this. Amazing.

I'm a empath-highly sensitive person. And I can feel pain of other people through the music, movies or just when I'm looking at my window. Same with good vibes. So my eyes almost everytime holding on tears from falling. And still wanna kill everyone who making repeating noise beside me. And I know only one cure. Art. Creation. It's not a cure in full meaning, but it's really helps a lot.
Anastasia Yumasheva I feel almost the same way you do. I wish I knew if I am an empath or a sensitive. All I know is I feel as if I’ve got a chemical imbalance, and it it very hard dealing with these emotions.

you could have sensory integration disorder. My two boys on the autism spectrum also have strong sensitivities to noise, odours, textures, etc., so please look into that

Let that friend go. You have your life to live. I've recently been in contact with my ex after a year apart. He is my energy vampire. I am currently lying bed exhausted with a stupid headache. I had been feeling amazing until last week when he came round. I need that ship to sail... far far away. Listening to this music to try to re balance me and calm me
You have to let that friend go or learn how to set healthy boundaries. If not they will just keep taking your energy. I had to learn that because it's my mom that's an energy vampire
I love these videos. They help me so much. I used to use them all the time when I was working and I need to get back to working ASAP. I can't let my family down. I need to provide for them and I need to have some help asking the way. Thank God for family having my back or I'd be completely lost. It hurts me to hear everyone's story, but I feel for you all and I hope and will pray that your situation gets better. I know that family is very important and I couldn't do this without them. They have been here for me through thick and thin and will forever be grateful for what they do regardless of how it gets done. I couldn't ask for more than I have already. Whenever I listen to this music I remember all my past when my anxiety and insomnia was worst and depressed too much.
I used to listen this music and meditate every day for healing.
Now I have overcome all my pains through meditation.
I recently had too cut a Close friend out of my life because I discovered he was using spells to literally suck energy out of my body and was replacing it with depression and anxiety!! I loved him so much and it hurts so bad too be betrayed and have to loose a good friend and recover my inner energy at the same time... this music helps me SO MUCH!! 😢😢😢

Tell every adult possible, teacher, parents, principal, write a letter to the school board. You have to learn how to handle them. Bullying dont stop , there are adult bullies
Do not believe in what they say, for it gives them power over you.
Its what you believe of yourself that matters.
Do thing's that make you feel good, such as volunteering with animals or visiting elderly people.
The more good you do the less anyone else's opinions will matter to you.
If they become physical contact anyone and everyone till they listen to you.
If they doubt you secretly audio the abuse, look for cameras
and ask them to save the footage and send the footage alongside a letter to the secretary of the prosecutor.
Beg her for the help, she will have the ear of the attorney.
Secretaries hold great power in an office friend.
