I agree with you 100%. For a very long time now, I have been astounded at how so many people are so blatanatly selfish, rude, judgmental and unsupportive, even to their friends and family when they are at their lowest and need them the most. Then I learned about sociopaths and narcissists, very serious and common personality disorders, that do not respond well to treatment. I have learned to look for the warning signs of people who are like that, as I made friends with people who turned out to have a hidden agenda to exploit me, they were con artists. They can be so charismatic, charming and friendly. They look for your weaknesses, hopes, dreams, regrets, etc and play very subtle manipulation games. They say that knowledge is power and I wish we had all been taught about these things in school when growing up....how to handle people and situations that are not good for us and how to set boundaries and honor ourselves in a healthy way. Approval-seeking behavior can be a huge pitfall. Anyway....we definitely need more kindness, understanding, compassion, caring, love and respect in this world. It amazes me at the shameless narcissism I find around me everywhere I go.

Unfortunately public schools (in America at least) aren't keen on educating you to help you live a better life but instead indoctrinating you to be a good sheep. If the government wanted people to be smart, teachers would be paid the highest salaries instead of the lowest. Meditate and encourage others to do so as well. Maybe if enough people wake up we can reform the education system to be something that does include quality life skills.

I listened to the video at lease 20 mins ,I am gonna do it again later and everyday ! I have a rare brain disease that's called Chairi malformation I'm losing my hearing and can go paralyzed or die from it. My brain is swelling in my skull and my cerebellum is slowly going into my spine. All I hear in my head is so many different sounds and the pressure is aweful it sounds like frequencies so noisy. at so many different levels !!! No cure for Chairi but to cut part of your skill out of the back of your head to make room for your brain push it up and put a mesh in thats if your lucky .I pray to God that this sound will help me. I have to get better I have no choice .I have to take care of my husband who is on his 11th bladder and kidney cancer..,God I hope this helps with prayers to I need the healing and God's help ,God bless and thank you all sorry I went off to strangers I just cant do it anymore ! I was having a migraine last night and decided to play this and I slept good. I woke up after an hour to remove my headset and I noticed that my migraine was gone. I know I always can lean into this. Thank you!
I had a stroke a year ago. The doctors were surprised I didn't die. I improved but still have issues with dizziness and balance. I came across this video and though I didn't believe it for a moment, I figured it wouldn't hurt to at least try it. I listen to it while I nap because the doctors told me your brain heals while you sleep. It's been a week and I have noticed some improvements. I can walk farther without getting as dizzy and can stand longer without needing to sit down right away. I have not had any scans or tests to verify healing, but I think it's working!

This mantra helped tremendously! I quit smoking and drinking caffeine the next day. I can't explain what happened but I turned it on to cure my stress and anxiety and this helped all those things!!! This is very powerful and I'm very glad i listened to it

Please try breath watching..you watch your sensations when air passes thru your nostrils and slowly u will bcom relaxed and fall asleep and get out of anxiety. It worked for me

I quit recently quit smoking after 20 + years. By talking to myself and pairing my mind it took about two strong months of preparation but I’ve been preparing it for about two years. Tell yourself we’re going to be quitting we’re going to be quitting this month don’t give yourself an exact date but the month, and start preparing mentally listen to your gut listen to your mind and you’ll know when you no longer need to pick up whatever it is you want to release. Also take some willpower. you can do it.

I haven’t felt this relaxed in months! I have been meditating with a sect of Buddhism but it is NOTHING like this. I’m about 40 minutes in on my first time listening and I’m hooked. I’m an empath so it’s very hard to connect with own true feelings and vibes because I am always thinking of and drawing energy from others. This makes me feel self centered. Thanks!!

This really works, within 5 mins i feel the difference in the energies after listening to this. I was really disturbed since 2 days for some reason, i felt uneasiness and discomfort. I agree with you 100%. For a very long time now, I have been astounded at how so many people
are so blatanatly selfish, rude, judgmental and unsupportive, even to their friends and family when they are at their lowest and need them the most. Then I learned about sociopaths and narcissists, very serious and common personality disorders, that do not respond well to treatment.
I have learned to look for the warning signs of people who are like that, as I made friends with people who turned out to have a hidden agenda to exploit me, they were con artists. They can be so charismatic, charming and friendly. They look for your weaknesses, hopes, dreams, regrets, etc and play very subtle manipulation games.
They say that knowledge is power and I wish we had all been taught about these things in school when growing up....how to handle people and situations that are not good for us and how to set boundaries and honor ourselves in a healthy way. Approval-seeking behavior can be a huge pitfall.
Anyway....we definitely need more kindness, understanding, compassion, caring, love and respect in this world. It amazes me at the shameless narcissism I find around me everywhere I go.

You probably live in your head too much or you have the wrong idea about who you are, you are the witness of the thoughts feeling senses etc. Move to that awareness. Seek the truth, knowledge of self. I am still on my journey but i dont feel that depressed anymore. Sometimes.. but that is fine! Experience it fully. You will feel better soon. Unfortunately public schools (in America at least) aren't keen on educating you to help you live a better life but instead indoctrinating you to be a good sheep. If the government wanted people to be smart, teachers would be paid the highest salaries instead of the lowest. Meditate and encourage others to do so as well. Maybe if enough people wake up we can reform the education system to be something that does include quality life skills.

I listened to the video at lease 20 mins ,I am gonna do it again later and everyday ! I have a rare brain disease that's called Chairi malformation I'm losing my hearing and can go paralyzed or die from it. My brain is swelling in my skull and my cerebellum is slowly going into my spine. All I hear in my head is so many different sounds and the pressure is aweful it sounds like frequencies so noisy. at so many different levels !!! No cure for Chairi but to cut part of your skill out of the back of your head to make room for your brain push it up and put a mesh in thats if your lucky .I pray to God that this sound will help me. I had a stroke a year ago. The doctors were surprised I didn't die. I improved but still have issues with dizziness and balance. I came across this video and though I didn't believe it for a moment, I figured it wouldn't hurt to at least try it. I listen to it while I nap because the doctors told me your brain heals while you sleep. It's been a week and I have noticed some improvements. Please try breath watching..you watch your sensations when air passes thru your nostrils and slowly u will bcom relaxed and fall asleep and get out of anxiety. It worked for me

Laid down , got comfy closed my eyes and just started breathing. Opened them an hour later when the video stopped, never felt so calm and peaceful. Easiest and best meditation ive ever done.

I try everything and won't let go of cigarette/drug addiction, anger, fear, the past, and regrets. I feel trapped, and can't seem to pull myself out of it. The track is relaxing. Why won't it work though. My addictions and fears are 50 years strong. Y'all pray for me. God bless.

I quit recently quit smoking after 20 + years. By talking to myself and pairing my mind it took about two strong months of preparation but I’ve been preparing it for about two years. Tell yourself we’re going to be quitting we’re going to be quitting this month don’t give yourself an exact date but the month, and start preparing mentally listen to your gut listen to your mind and you’ll know when you no longer need to pick up whatever it is you want to release. Also take some willpower. you can do it.
Hello. Please chant, the following mantra, with faith. It is very powerful. It takes just 3 days to quit smoking. Practice thinking that, next 1 hour, you r not smoking. Repeat this thought after 1 hour. Never say, you have quit.
The mantra..Om Sri Durgaaye Namaha. Keep chanting...it works, miraculously. May the Divine Mother bless you.
Next three days, keep postponing smoking by hourly basis...keep saying, just 1 more hour, u r not smoking..repeat that thought. Don't forget the mantra. Sleep early, get up late

I haven’t felt this relaxed in months! I have been meditating with a sect of Buddhism but it is NOTHING like this. I’m about 40 minutes in on my first time listening and I’m hooked. I’m an empath so it’s very hard to connect with own true feelings and vibes because I am always thinking of and drawing energy from others. This makes me feel self centered. Thanks!!

This really works, within 5 mins i feel the difference in the energies after listening to this. I was really disturbed since 2 days for some reason, i felt uneasiness and discomfort. Even after my regular energy cleanse meditations, It didnt show that effect. Constant mind chatter disturbed me as a particular thought was bothering me.
