In case you forgot, Plankton tries to get run over by a bus and Mr. Krabs laughs at the idea of it calling him a mess after taunting him with his fear of whales (and yet the episode is supposed to make you side with Mr. Krabs in the end), and then Squidward takes rope and makes it look like he wants to unalive himself saying “I can’t seem to be happy. Maybe this will help” only to find it’s a bird cage.
I remembered watching this episode. It was like on a DVD of SpongeBob that I’d like to watch over and over and over and honestly this was a funny episode.

Such a stupid reason to ban an episode. The panty raid scene is literally at the very end of the episode and they were able to get away with a don't drop the soap joke in Gary Takes A Bath. There's numerous other SpongeBob episodes that I think should be banned or censored and a lot of them are from Seasons 6-8. House Fancy should remove that gory and graphic and toenail peeling scene, Sun Bleached feels like tanning propaganda and the worst example is definitely Are You Happy Now an episode that literally is about Squidward being clinically depressed and makes suicide references in such a bleak and distasteful way. So how is it those episodes are allowed to continue airing while Mid-Life Crustecan that has nothing truly offensive and graphic gets the boot? It's completely hypocritical and absurd of Nickelodeon.
IKR There have been other stuff in SpongeBob that went way too far, and that panty raid scene wasn't even supposed to be taken in a sexual way. Well i dont really agree, i feel like them portraying a childhood star to go in someones house and look into the underwear of a woman, is kind of not what you want your children‘s „idol“ to do, especially in that context, it seems to be a cool thing you do with your friends, especially cause its a build up,of the whole episode thats the thing the main characters really want to do at the end, before they only did stuff that made them upset, i can totally understand the reason for the complaints from the parents.

I know i have a few og dvd copies somewhere, so I'm hoping its on one of them. i think its kinda stupid that parents got upset about this one specifically because a handful of kids shows have adult jokes in them, hidden or not. they may as well ban the episode where spongebob blows the balloon suspiciously.
