They took us to church with this one. I think I have seen Clark with his guitar more often than the piano.

Have you heard PJ Morton’s “How Deep is Your Love” ft Yebba? It’s that good vibrations kinda music. Instant happy. I know I could use a lot more of that in my life lately.

Watched a lot of reactions to this video because I enjoyed it so very much. You're the first person I've heard comment on the intrusiveness of the piano over the vocals and I find I agree. Excellent appreciation of subtlety, thank you.
Agreed, the mic volume on the piano was up to high and was hard on the ol ear dreams for me, but that vocal spice DOES “Make ya chicken taste better” 😆

You might better appreciate Clark's cover of Tennessee Whiskey with Madison Ryan Ward. he plays guitar in that one rather than piano. :-)

I'm a fa-show runner and I totally agree, placement is everything, it's like seasoning food everybody can't season a curry suflet like Kim Burrell or a Baked Alaska like Lalah Hathaway, you got to know your blends and textures.
Thank you for doing this reaction! You are right about the volume of the piano. I would rather hear their voices a bit louder and the piano softer because the two of them sound so awesome together. You have a full plate with PTX, their side projects, Home Free, and everything else. But, I would offer another aural treat, Scott Bradley's Post Modern Jukebox. They take modern music and rework it into vintage genres with several guest vocalists. The end result is nothing short of amazing. I would suggest two selections to begin with. 'Maps' by Maroon 5 feat. Morgan James in a 70's soul cover and 'Creep' by Radiohead feat Haley Rhinehart in a big band/jazz style.
We can add sides to his full plate, got Voiceplay, Voctav, Peter Hollens and Lindsey Stirling so much fun and fantastic music and musicians.
