I love my Pillow but you definitely need to put it in the dryer like the instructions tell you to do. This will make your pillow very fluffy and soft. If at some point your pillow ever starts to go flat, gets a little hard or misshapped just fluff the pillow up with your hands to put it make into shape and fluff and your good to go. I like putting my pillow in the dryer from time to time. I also wash my pillow about every 2 months or when needed with no concerns of destroying the pillow. Washing it actually makes the pillow get softer and fluffer after washing and throwing it in the dryer to dry.... Great Pillows if you take care of it doing the Occasional fluffing and throwing it in the washer and dryer from time to time. I throw mine in the dryer often to fluff, it just feels so good after a fresh toss and fluff in the dryer.
I bought some. Didn't see the part about putting them in the dryer. They aren't bad. I sure wouldn't pay the retail price and while I agree with what he says in the commercial I still don't want to watch it every 10 minutes.
