I've been watching sailing videos on RUclips for over a year now. Wicked Salty was one of the first ones I stumbled upon. I've seen them all. I've seen all of Delos and La Vagabond. I've never supported anyone via Patreon, but that changes today. I'm super pumped for you guys. Hard work pays off. Time to "get back out there". Hope to bump into you guys in the Caribbean.

If you have never before helped a video creator, please consider giving this couple some financial help with their new sailboat, at least enough so they can have a decent outboard motor on their dingy this time. It was so frustrating to watch Wes struggle with that crappy outboard motor on so many episodes of their first trip.
I have pledged on Patreon for the very first time for this engaging couple as I think they deserve it for their hard work to earn enough money for the new boat. I also was impressed by their unpretentious sharing of their first sailing adventure to the Bahamas on their old boat. Those videos were my favorite of all the sailing channels.
I usually frown on pets aboard a sailboat, but I grant “Lola” an exception, she is an excellent water dog and seems to enjoy the aquatic life.

F--K YEAH MAN! That's awesome news guys! Super happy for you two! I'm about a week out from closing on my new boat as well. I'm sure I don't have to tell you how restless I'm getting over it. If you guys plan on heading past Dragon Point again, hit me up and I'll help you along your way however I can. Farm fresh produce, ride to the boat shops, fresh water shower... This is a wicked awesome community we have, so whatevv's I can do, I'm here.
fish7400 sounds like a great place! Where's dragon point roughly?
Its about a day south of Titusville, in Melbourne, Fl. Its pretty unremarkable by the view from the river, but there's quite a few really good, well protected anchorages, a couple good boat yards for haul out if you need. west marine isn't too far off, but there's waaay cheaper options even closer by. A little further south are a bunch of spoil islands that are great for an overnight stay in a tent, or just a nice day spot for lunch. Some awesome places to eat that are accessible up to about 5 foot draft (or just dink it on over).

Wicke cool! You guys inspired me to get my boat a couple of years ago, and I'm now living on it. A Jeanneau Sun Fizz 40. I've sailed it from the south of France to Lanzarote Island in the Canaries and been pumping out videos all along. Thanks for the inspiration and the fun vids.
