- The Deathbringer build for the Dragon Age Trilogy!
This Berserker-Reaver build will crush, and destroy everything in its path. The best damager warrior experience for the Trilogy! If you ever wanted to be a warrior who can kick some serious butt, well, this is your build.
If you like my videos, you can support the channel here: www.buymeacoffee.com/akisherceg 🍕 Thank you! :)
The Deathbringer build is finally complete! This is now my sixth build for the trilogy. Playing it was very fun, and it just further solidified the Two-Handed Warrior as my number one favorite class. I hope you enjoy it!
For people who were interested in what was going on with me since my last video:
After I made my Mass Effect video, I got very busy during the summer, but by the end of September, I was already back editing this video.
Sadly, however, my father passed away in October and I just could not find the time/energy to continue editing. His death came out of nowhere, and it was really hard to process it. It was probably the hardest month of my life.
Although it is still hard, I feel better now, and I am ready to continue the channel. :)
Wow, the same for me man, and also without warning. My condolences, and I wish you and yours all the strength in the world.
I'm sorry for your loss. I'm happy you're feeling better.
I’m so sorry for your loss. ❤ I love your videos and they inspire me fr bro
You have my condolences. Thank you for your continued efforts!
Sorry for your loss
Dont forget:
In origins, if you start with the human noble backstory, you can farm an early executioner helm from the elite at the end of the origin story. Quicksave before and repeat the fight till it drops
Never knew this till now, but I always wondered where that helmet was, thanks
@@AdvocateDeDevil you can always buy it from Cesar merchant in Denerim, but quite lately (have to complete all master Ignacio contract killer quests to open Cesar's special stock).
Best Dragon age build channel.
Every time you post it is an absolute treat. You revitalize my interest in this game with every single video.
I've been kinda just wrecking everything with a Throwing Blades machinegun build, so this seems like an awesome change of pace.
Damn good stuff, but I am so sorry to hear about your father. My condolences and I hope you find peace!
Also another tip. In Dragon Age Origins, when you leave camp, make sure to enter the world where you left from to go to camp so you can buff everyone up rather than getting jumped on the road with nothing being activated.
Or you can just activate everything in camp before you leave.
@daddybatz5774 The buffs won't apply to companions, and you can't activate companion buffs either
@readlater8962 yes, they do. I found this out when I had the map glitch and couldn't leave camp. Just bring up the radial menu, select party, then activate everything.
Great to see youre still at it! One thing you might want to try to mix things up is show the earlier stages of these builds and how they fair before you snowball into an OP force of nature. Ogre fight in the tower, Zeveran's ambush, ect.
Thanks! Yeah, I have to find a more effective way to record, because with these footages I already filled up my hdd. Just these clips were 700+gb on my hard drive. By the way, what do you use to record your full playthroughs? OBS?
@@AKisHerceg I use shadow play. I recently had to upgrade myself with an external SSD so I know the feeling.
Cant wait to see your Deathbringer build in Dreadwolf. Great video 👍
I have done a very similar build to my Trevelyan warrior in DAI. I went for pure strength & high critical chance build, the only difference is that he’s a 2 Handed Champion with a twist.
With the Amulet of Barrier, Fade Touched cloth that grants Hidden Blades (Five additional hits) in his armour & Walking Bomb in his Chromatic Greatsword, (which causes insane elemental damage & Spirit Damage combined) it’s as if he’s casing spells. In a way he’s more a less a Knight Enchanter + Necromancer + a rouge all in one. Believe me, he’s quite a beast on the battlefield.
With the right skill set even early on, I was able to create an unkillable warrior well before my specialisation as a Champion. The last time I took any damage was when I was at level 1!
👍. Sorry for your loss
Commenting this as I watch, thank you for including the descriptions of the skills in the video too.
Welcome back, legend
Man, your videos are so wholesome.
I always seek help from them while I play DA. Now I'm getting ready for my first Inquisition playthrough.
Thinking of going with this badass Warrior build for the first time. :))
Finally, I've been waiting for this video for the last five months
It's me again. Big fan for your warrior build clips! First of all, I'm really sorry for your hard time, yet very appreciate your passion for the franchise, as well as the precious time you've spent editing these videos. As always, the build is very well done. But above all else, I think this build is not as good and general builds as the Golden Knight. For the golden knight, you can truly solo the entire game from the begining with full trials on with lots of survivability and still can deal a hefty amount of damage, I would like to hear your opinion along with any correction (if there are any) for the two handed berserker build that can solo the game with full trials? Gears, skills and masterworks ? Thanks in advance.
Thank you. :)
To be honest, my Trilogy Builds are not really meant to solo the game, this is why I always put the recommended party in the video as well. They are focusing on party-play. Sure some can get pretty op and if you want, you can solo the game with them, but this is never really my intention with the Trilogy Builds.
Trials are in Inquisition, and in Inquisition there is no Berserker spec sadly. The best you can get there is the Reaver.
So if we are talking about Inquisition only, then: a two-handed warrior who can solo the game with full trials? Well, my "Reckless Reaver" was able to do just that. Reaver is good for all trials because it can heal without potions if needed and it has very consistent damage. You can use the Amulet of Barrier and basically become impossible to kill, since you generate Barrier based on damage, and Dragon Rage deals a lot of damage.
At the beginning, get Combat Roll, War Cry, Mighty Blow and Charging Bull asap. Those four skills will be able to get you out of most trouble. Don't be shy about spamming CR, because those rejuvenating barrier having mages are insane at the beginning.
During the Haven battle, kill Fiona(need to recruit the Templars) and get the amulet. After this, unlock the spec and the game becomes a pretty smooth ride.
Get the Dragonhunter Axe, put Walking Bomb and Targets Explode on your equipment and start destroying everything.
For more info, you can check out my build video about it. :)
@@AKisHerceg thanks alot, Im gonna check your reckless build again soon. Keep moving forward mate!
Love your videos. On a side note regarding Dragon Age Origins, at the last battle with the Archdemon (Dragon) just before its' death open your inventory and take off Morrigans' items to take to Awakening. Have a backup staff for her that can be switched out.
love the content sir
Missed your videos! Good to see you're still making quality content!
gigachad build
Oh hell yeah a new Herceg video
I love this channel so much
Devastatingly beautiful!
I just did this for my DA2 nightmare run on X360. Made those dmg sponge bosses so much easier 😁
The golden knight is my favorite so far
Will you ever make a templar Trilogy build? I have never really liked the class, same with Reaver, until you showed me how awesome reavers can be.
Yes, it is going to be my next(and probably final) Trilogy Build.
If you had to pick a two handed sword for this build, which one would it be in each game?
My options:
Origins - Ageless (best dmg against darkspawn, can carry over to Awakening)
DA 2 - Celebrant (purple tier with spirit dmg and threat generation)
Inquisition - Skywatcher's Cleaver (purple tier 2h for those who don't like crafting)
Yup. Good picks.
Hey Herceg, I hope you’ve been doing and staying safe.
Watching this video again was pretty cool. Reaver and Blood mage are just really cool classes.
Makes me wonder your opinion on how crazy it would be if blood mage can be combined with Reaver in all the DA games? Haha.
Also for this specific build, how well does sword and shield work with it? It’d definitely be less damage but how would you build it for sword and shield?
Blood Mage and Reaver combination? Dominating both the arcane and the physical with blood? I take that! It would be awesome.
Less damage? I guess it depends on what weapon you have and what are you facing. I think W+S warriors have access to nature damage weapons so the Arishok fight would be much faster(qunari are weak to nature), Shades, Pride and Desire demons, Arcane Horrors, Darkspawn are also weak to it. It also has access to a Spirit weapon, so Revenants, Undead and Darkspawn are also toast.
The idea would be the same. Berserk active with Might or Control. Sacrificial Frenzy + Cleave and then unload with Assault and Scatter(good spike damage and stagger). Shield Bash is also good - interrupting enemies mostly. In between this attack, Shield Wall is turned on and off to not decrease damage. Heal with Devour if you have to. Since W+S is much less squishy than 2h(thanks to the passives), you can actually keep up your damage buff longer, because you can still tank damage at 20% health. So W+S Reaver/Zerker sounds pretty freaking good. :)
@@AKisHerceg ah nice! I’ll probably have to give it a try.
@@AKisHerceg another topic I was wondering was on custom characters you’ve made for DA.
I’m curious if you have a favorite protagonist of the series? And if you have a favorite named custom character you’ve created in one of the games?
this build is perfect for edge lord's
Hi, I've got a little question kinda stupid but how do you increase your attack speed in dragon age origin ? It's been a while since I've not played but ... damn game so good xD
There are multiple ways:
1. Momentum. This is for dual weapon warriors and rogues only.
2. Swift Salve. This is a consumable, which can be used by any class.
3. Haste. This is a sustainable spell from the Creation tree.
You can add them up for maximum speed. However Momentum can't be paired with Haste, because it will actually slow down your attack speed. Haste can be combined with Swift Salve and Momentum can be combined with Swift Salve too for max speed.
Hey man don't know if you'll see this but I plan to do a playhtrough of dao on the hardest difficulty for the first time. Plan to go either rogue most likely or maybe warrior. What do you recommend for me and my companions?
Depends on what you are going with. S&S warrior? 2H warrior? Dual weapon warrior? Double weapon rogue? Rogue archer?
Generally, for rogues and warriors, Wynne is pretty ideal for support. If you go with a warrior, get Leliana as archer/lock opener too. For the third, you can get another warrior, or Morrigan for some crowd control. As a rogue, get Alistair and keep speccing as a weapon and shield warrior so you can have a great tank.
@@AKisHerceg which do you think is generally easier? I'm not a big fan of the combat of dao honestly and prefer more of inquisition's🤣 anything like champion reaver or artificer? They were my fav classes in inquisition and I genuinely can't remember much from origins
@AKisHerceg I just finished DAI solo nightmare for a mage. Thanks to your recommendations, this run was a bit easier and more interesting. Now I want to complete DA2 solo as a warrior. And I have a question: a warrior with a sword and shield, or with a two-handed weapon? Like, I saw your video where you killed Arishok in a few seconds (shield and sword). What would you advise me to choose?
I recommend sword and shield. 2h is fun too, but you will not have elemental weapons for a long time with that class. Elemental weapons are the key to dealing huge damage in DA2. The reason why the Arishok was so impressive is because unlike the 2h warrior, the W&S warrior has access to a nature based weapon(from the Emporium) which the Arishok and every qunari is weak too(they are also weak to cold). So Act 2 is much easier with the W&S warrior. In Act 3, 2h warriors can now have a cold based weapon which lets them cut through templars like butter. They also have a spirit based weapon, which kills templars/undead /darkspawn super fast(they also have a lightning based weapon for shades and other demons).
However, W&S warriors not only have access to spirit weapons from the beginning as a dlc weapon, but they also have access to it by killing Hybris(they can also have a lightning weapon from the Mark of the Assassin dlc). So basically both can wreck stuff easily in Act 3. But in Act 1 and 2 the W&S has the advantage because of the weapons available to them.
Hi, I love your build videos. This is pretty much endgame equipment you are listing. Would it be possible to make a leveling video for this build for every DA? I looked up your equipment and some items are only achievable after beating the last dlc like the Cinch of Skillful Maneuvering. But what do I use before reaching that point? What to do in early game to get to the point where your builds really shine. By the point where I get the Cinch of Skillful Maneuvering, I'm pretty much starting to play DA2.
If you play the game the first time and you don't have the dlc rewards, instead of the Maneuvering Belt, get Anduril's blessing. The other dlc item is the Dace amulet, which you can switch to the Spellward - this will leave you with less crit chance but more spell resistance. :)
you thinkin bout making baldurs gate builds?
Which one? I own the Original Deluxe Edition(I think that is its name) on Steam, but I have not played it yet. Baldur's Gate 3, I do not have, sadly.
I'm playing and enjoying this one so far. I do find mages to be a bit of struggle to deal with as you have to get close to knock them down/stun them and by that time they've often thrown a Crushing Prison or Winter's Grasp on me. Usually Wynne/Morrigan can just spam heal me through that anyways until I'm free though but can be annoying as like Desire Demons love to spam cold spells and keep you cced indefinitely. Any tips for dealing with Mages with this build? I guess maybe I should just be swapping to Morrigan/Wynne to toss out a quick Stonefist/Winter's Grasp on them until my Warrior can close the distance? Or have Leliana snipe them with an arrow of slaying?
Early game Pinning Shot works well on them too, and even Shattering Shot can knock their annoying butt down(Leliana has both by default at level 7 so you can set her up to target mages with them the second you recruit her). Paralyze and Glyph of Paralysis are both tier 1 spells and they can paralyze them as well until you get close.
@@AKisHerceg So I have been doing this and it definitely works well. I'm up to around level 14 now but one thing I also did was made Morrigan target enemy magic users with Winter's Grasp and Wynne target them with Stonefist. Morrigan always ends up getting her Winter's Grasp off before Wynne gets off her Stonefist which equals dead mage unless they're elite rank or higher. And if they are elite rank or higher it still ccs them and then I get close enough to bash their heads in :). Just an additional tip for anyone who found Mages annoying to deal with in Origins. Build is a lot of fun though!
I've a question about DA:O: why did you choose Maetashear War Axe over Dragonbone Cleaver?
More crit chance. Other than that, I prefer its appearance over the Cleaver's. Plus the Cleaver changes tier in Awakening which also bugs me.
But naturally, the Cleaver works great as well. Even Faith's Edge is great.
@@AKisHerceg ah, so crit chance is a priority. Got it, thanks.
I just preordered dragon dogma 2 so next your March 22 I’m going to be looking for your tutorial videos on dragon dogma 2 to get me through it until dragon age dread wolf 🐺 come out next year November if we are lucky and merry Christmas 🎄
i have 65.4 crit chance and 180 dmg in solo nightmare )
Question: what kind of equipment did you use before you can access the endgame armor set/schematic ? Like the Wade armornin Origins and the Superior Battlemaster armor in Inquisition are pretty much endgames...
I fought the High Dragon in a dragonbone heavy armor set. Before that it’s the same heavy armor but lower tier. In Inquisition I used whatever I found before I got to the Hissing Wastes.
Legend , ty sir
Thanks for sharing yet another amazing trilogy build 😊.
Just curious, how does this build fare against the Harvester in Golems of Amgarrak on nightmare difficulty? I find that boss fight to be quite bonkers on the highest difficulty setting 😬
I believe I included the fight in the video. It fares quite well. :)
@@AKisHerceg whoops 🤭...sorry I think I must have missed it. Btw, how was your experience playing with this build early on(Acts 1 and 2) in DA2 on nightmare?
@@pranaysogani7765 A bit painful, but manageable. I used both Bethany and Anders to heal and cast Barrier on my Reaver, because early on you can take a lot of punishment which you can't tank yet. Plus you don't have the good stuff that makes your warrior a killing machine like, Haste from mages and the Reaver passive speed boost after the first death. They can both paralyze too, and Bethany can use Horror on Elites. That helps a lot.
Early on it's always more tactical until the build starts coming together. I made it a bit harder for myself because I was sticking to axes, but you can pick up a few 2h swords or mauls if they are better at the level you are at.
@@AKisHercegAhh I see makes sense. DA2 nightmare is ...well a nightmare it seems 😜... Thank you so much for taking the time to answer my questions. Can't wait to try out this build. Cheers 😊
Hello, I really like your videos.
Could you make (if you haven't already) a video on building and practicing a powerful blood mage in DA2? I'm trying to make a powerful Hawke that uses blood magic and force magic but I can't combine the two. It only becomes powerful when I ignore one of them and focus only on the other.
I have not made a Blood-Force mage in DA2, but I know that it can be very powerful, Powerful enough to solo the game based on their spells. I would definitely focus on Blood Magic first, with some elemental or entropy spells, and later on(Act2 end) I would start advancing in Force Magic. Try to make Blood Magic work with Entropy and Arcane first.
For example from the Arcane, you will definitely need Barrier and later you can pick up Crushing Prison. From Entropy, get Horror, Hex of Torment and Misdirection Hex. These will make early fights with dangerous elites much easier. From the Primal, get Rock Armor and some Lightning Spells(they have no friendly fire).
For the specialization, I would get Blood Magic, Grave Robber and Hemorrhage from Blood Magic. From the Force Mage, get Unshakable, Pull of the Abyss and Gravitic Ring.
Gravitic Ring with Hemorrhage could be insanely devastating, that is why you can't get both early on.
@@AKisHerceg Hello again. I tried to make some changes like you said. I took an old mage save and used respec to try to allocate skills and test.
I ignored elemental because of friendly fire. My main team (for lore reasons) is Aveline, Varric and Isabela. In the primitive tree I only caught chain lightning.
I focused a lot on arcane.
Gravity ring is very OP (the only problem is friendly fire).
The result was much more satisfactory than before. I haven't yet mastered the gameplay and the moveset but the result was much better than the previous ones.
@@warden4776Yeah, with Gravity Ring, it is best if you go with Aveline(stack Constitution on her), one ranged(Varric or Merril) and one additional mage(Anders can heal, he is the obvious choice). That way only Aveline will receive the slow, which is irrelevant, since her unique skill Immovable will slow her down anyway. It also gives her godly survivability. So basically activate Immovable, let her Taunt, and let her run ahead into the crowd. Put Barrier on her. Then use Gravity Ring and whatever nasty spells you can throw at the crowd while they are helplessly getting destroyed as they focus on Aveline. Pretty op strategy.
@@AKisHerceg Yes yes.
From the beginning I've been feeling that the weak link on my team is Isabela. As she fights melee, she is more susceptible to friendly fire from my spells (as well as some of Varric's abilities like explosive shot).
Unfortunately she is my character's romance and well.... we have to take the maiden along to kill some enemies, right? haha
In any case, the current result was more satisfactory. I think I just need to give Isabela a little more survival.
I don't know if you noticed, but I think DA2 is the hardest game to micromanage companions. I mean... in the sense of being the least reliable to let your team loose completely.
Wouldn't it be wiser to put some points in dex considering warriors miss hits?
Not sure why would I do that. Warriors get Attack after STR as well, in fact they get Dmg+Attack after STR. They only get attack from DEX and nothing else unless they hold a bow or a dagger.
Great video!
Question: is there a good berserker build in DA2? One that focuses on the berserker spec?
I have not made one yet. I did test the WP rout when I put this one together, and I personally find it to be less effective.
@@AKisHerceg I have been playing around with a SaS serk but it’s pretty lack luster :(
@@calebfurlong Combine it with Templar or Reaver. It's much better that way. Templars can have insane magic res, Revers can have great damage boost and very fast speed.
Berserkers have Barrage which is very good for boosting speed, and combining it with the Reaver Fervor is insane. Especially with a mage casting Haste on you, which is what I show in the video - you can do this with 2H or S&S.
If you invest deeper into Berserker, get the talent that restores stamina after each kill. That will help keeping up your dps if your stamina gets low.
Cleave is available for both 2H and S&S so I recommend you use that as well for massive damage boost.
for DAI why not the prismatic greataxe or chromatic greatsword
Because they look silly to me(plus the Dragon Hunter Axe is better when it comes to double immune enemies - I even have an old video testing it against the Prismatic Axe). Also I never touched the Golden Nug, because I don't want all schematics to be unlocked from the start - it just feels op and cheap and makes having money completely meaningless. :)
Question: Do you think it'd be alright to swap out Livid for Horn of Valor?
You could, but there are a couple of downsides that you should consider.
1. Livid gets you out of Knockdowns instantly. This is very important in terms of survivability.
2. Livid gives damage reduction based on how many enemies you face up to 50%.
HoW gives guard, some bonus damage and armor. This is no doubt decent, but it just can't compete with Livid, especially since you have so many support characters casting Barrier. Livid gives something that your support characters can't. DR and the ability to get up and keep moving in every situation.
So In terms of the fluidity of combat I prefer Livid, but you can give HoW a try. However, if you want the best of both worlds, just get HoW as a masterwork for one of your mages! They will proc it non-stop with Energy Barrage. This way you get the damage and armor boost, and you get to keep Livid as well. :)
@@AKisHercegInteresting! Thank you for the response. Will definitely try that masterwork idea.
One thing I did notice is that the roll ability actually instantly gets me out of knockdown too.
I rarely actually use mages in my party. So this is a really fun change of pace in my playthrough so far. (If I could just stop getting blocked mid-spin. XD)
So what is you least favourite class ? If you fav is a 2hander ???
Least favorite? Hmm... I don't think there is one. I like all of them. The one I play the least is probably the archer, but I love that one too. :)
@@AKisHerceg with me I think archer need a different mechanic cause never ending arrows are kinda unrealistic in a fight. I know this is a fantasy but it still annoys the eye. There should be a cooldown/craft/ colect mechanic
I gotta ask, why do you always play as a human in both Origins and Inquisition? What about the Elves, Dwarves or even the Qunari?
When it comes to Trilogy Builds, it’s because I want to be consistent(same race, same name, similar appearance, possibly similar skills). Since there is no other race in DA2 than human, they are always humans. In Inquisition, my favorite is the human because of the extra skill humans get at the beginning. In Origins, I have tons of non-human builds. :)
@@AKisHerceg I see.
Hey, boss! Need your help.
I'm using this build for my playthrough and I notice that your spin lasts for a while, almost 5-6 spins, while I do only a couple. What am I missing?
Thanks in advance!
If I understand it correctly, you press WW and it stops? For you to keep spinning with WW you need to hold the button, not just press it. So try pressing and holding the key that has WW tied to it. It can also be that you are running out if stamina, in which case it automatically stops, but that should happen after quite a few spins though.
@@AKisHerceg I've been using it wrong this whole time! Thanks, man!!!
Hey. My brain came up with a question
In your personall opinion if you wanted to make a build in DAI like the master archer which mostly relied on weapon skills. Which spec in you opinion got the best passives for warrior (S&S and 2h) dagger rouge and mage that uses spells from only the no spec trees???
So which passives skills are the best in the Warrior/Rogue/Mage class, not counting specializations?
Best warrior passives(Both 2h and S&S):
Bear Mauls the Wolves, Flow of Battle, Guard Smasher, Turn the Bolt, Untouchable Defense, Strength of Steel, Cutting Words, Deep Reserves.
Best rogue passives(Both DD and Archer):
Unforgiving Chain, Dance of Death, Pincushion, Looked like it Hurt, Cheap Shot, Easy to Miss.
Best mage passives:
Guardian Spirit, Strength of Spirits, Static Charge, Flashpoint, Clean Burn, Mana Surge, Winter's Stillness, Ice Armor. :)
@@AKisHerceg I meant counting spec passives. Especially specs that are not using spec skills but are useful like in the master archer build. Where you used mainly the skills from the weapon tree but passives from the spec tree.
@@adrianblania5565 Oh, sorry, I add the passives from the specs here:
Best warrior spec passives:
Champ - Bulwark, Adamant , Unyielding
Reaver - Blood Frenzy, Scenting Blood, Fervor
Templar - There is no Darkness, Champions of the Just
Best rogue spec passives"
Assassin - I was never There, Throatcutter, Knife in the Shadows
Tempest - Ride the Storm, Killer's Alchemy
Artificer - Opportunity Knocks, And Take Them Down, Tricks of the Trade
Best mage spec passives:
Necro - Death Syphon, Power of the Dead
KE - Combat Clarity, Fade Shield
Rift Mage - Restorative Veil, Smothering Veil
@@AKisHercegthank you big man. Just read all of them. Turns out that only the tempest is only spec abilities dependent. The rest cand handle themselves without using spec abilities.
Dude, how you get so much strength? Im lvl 25 and i have only 74, not mention other stats like cunning (i have only 22). I use same armor and axe stack with everite.
You get STR and CUN from passives and equipment(plus the extra attributes in the Fade and during the Templar quest).
What passives have you unlocked? What armor are you wearing. The Superior Battlemaster armor I'm wearing with the upgrades gives 22 utility slots alone, which is +22 STR.
I also have 30+ STR from passive skills(and 9 CUN) plus the DH Axe with the upgrades.
@@AKisHerceg "templar quest" you mean choice between mages and templars? I choosed mages.
I have the same Superior Battlemaster armor stack with everite.
About skill tree - it's the same like yours.
@@22AltairUA Do you have the upgrades too? The Superior Battlemaster Armor(6 utility) with the Battlemaster Armor Legs(8 utility) and the Battlemaster Armor Arms(8 utility) is 39 STR alone.
+ Axe of the Dragon Hunter(6 utility) with the Masterwork Ornate Haft(3 utility) + 17 STR.
+ Passives:
Flow of Battle + 3
Shield Breaker + 3
Guard Smasher + 3
Clear a Path + 3
Hamstring + 3
Deep Reserves + 3
It'll cost you + 3
Blood Frenzy + 3
Total STR: 24(+11 BASE) = 35 from skills. So this puts you at the MINIMUM of 91 STR.
Also, yes, the Champions of the Just gives +3 STR and +1 CUN. The fade also gives +2 STR and +2 CUN. So in total +5 STR and +3 CUN.
The Up and Away quest also gives +1 STR in the Jaws of Hakkon dlc.
The quest in the Emerald Graves(Haunted Mansion) also gives +10 CUN.
Your 3 Reaver passives give +9 CUN. Superior Skirmisher Hat gives +18 CUN.
Plus I'm in the Trespasser dlc, where you also get bonus STR and CUN by moving the paintings, and doing the treasure map.
So if you really do everything the way I do, you should have way more STR. You must have missed something.
@@AKisHerceg ah, now i see, i forget Battlemaster Armor Legs and Battlemaster Armor Arms - it's 32 STR in the sum. Thanks for your help!

Da2 what’s good skills to start with
This is a really fun build, but how do you have so many high-level spells with Wynne?
Not sure I understand the question. In this video she is over level 20, so she has good spells. Which spells are you interested in?
@AKisHerceg
Haha sorry, it was a quick comment, let me explain. You gave Wynne Petrify, Mas Rejuvenate, Haste, Glyph of Repulsion, Death Hex, and Curse of Mortality. I have her at level 19 there is no way to get the four spells for Death Hex and the two extra spells for Paralyze. I've been using spell books for Morrigan as well and she is so far behind in the selected spell. I was curious on if you were using mods or duplications. I haven't play DA:O in forever so I don't remember what level we usually end around. 😅
@@Dukenator96 Wynne has 15 spells at level 12. Which is when I usually get her. It's almost always the same. She has(this is on PC Ultimate Edition):
She already has Rock Armor, Stone Fist, and Earthquake - so just one point away from Petrify.
Heal, Rejuvenate, Regeneration, and Mass Rejuvenate by default, so I don't even have to touch that.
She also comes with Glyph of Paralyze(next is Warding and after that she can have Repulsion so +2 spells needed here).
She also has Heroic Offense, Heroic Aura and Heroic Defense by default. So one point away from Haste.
And finally she has 3 point into the Spirit Healer spec, which means she has Group Heal, Revival and Lifeward.
She also has Arcane Bolt by default of course, like every mage.
15 spells in total, at level 12.
I checked it and my Wynne is at level 23. Since I use dlc equipment and sell it(Reaper's Cudgel 300+gold), I have money to buy all the spell tomes for her and Morrigan as soon as I start the game(you can buy 2 at the party camp from Bodahn, make sure you buy it the first time you visit because it restocks after that, so you lose 1 tome if you don't! 1 at the Circle and 1 at the Wonder's of Thedas. If you are a mage you can get another one from the Desire Demon in the fade, but we are not mages so that is irrelevant here. Usually I give 2 to Wynne and 2 to Morrigan, but it depends on who I want to use more.
So at level 23 my Wynne has 15(already placed)+13 spells at her disposal(2 tomes and 11 spells from level up). Which is going to be(in order of picking) Haste first(tome 1), then Petrify(tome 2), then Warding(lvl 13) and Repulsion(lvl 14). Then I get Death Hex(lvl18) which needs 4 spells so we are at 8 spells and 5 remaining. From that 2 is what I need to unlock Paralyze(lvl 20) and 3 is what I need for Curse of Mortality(lvl 23).
If I need even more spells from her I just level her up with the party camp supplies for the allies or give her another tome. But she has more than enough spells to unlock all of those at the end without any dupes or mods.
In fact the last 3 spells - Life Drain, Death Magic and Curse of Mortality were already throw away spells. I just put CoM in the tactics because why not, since at the end battle there are plenty of enemies who heal themselves, so screw them. :)
What do I use if I don’t have the golems dlc
The Spellward.
You tried the DAI Dark Souls mod?

Hey, i've been watching several of your videos lately and i have to say i'm always impressed by the efficiency of your builds, even the less conventional ones.
I have a question though: in DAO/DA2 warrior/rogue builds, it looks like you never put any points into willpower. How do you deal with running out of stamina? Especially in DAO since there are no stamina draughts until awakening. Do you just dish out abilities at the start of combat and then rely on autoattacks when you're out of stamina?
Funny that you ask this, just before I'm about to upload a DA2 video where most of my attributes were invested into WP. :)
Well, in Origins, you have Deathblow for warriors, and Feast of the Fallen for rogues.
Deathblow gives back stamina after each kill, and Feast of the Fallen gives back stamina after each kill with a backstab. Those two will make sure you don't have to spend on WP.
Other than those, I get WP from Fade Fonts and equipment. Spellward gives 5(or the Dace Amulet that gives 50 stamina), Key to the City gives 2, Executioner's Helm gives 25 stamina etc.
Investing into WP is just gonna end up netting you less damage later on.
The only exception is DA2's Berserker. In a few minutes I will upload a video, and you will see why. :)
@@AKisHerceg That's true, but those passives only come up in the mid game. I guess one could respec the points using the crow mod (or the consumable in awakening), or simply deal with not being able to spam abilities until those passives/items come into play.
What armor and weapons would you recommend for the mages? Also, if i dont have battlemaster, is there another option?
Would qunari be a good race for the build in inquisition?
Yup.
Also what build for companions would you recommend for a 3 sorcerer party, weapons and armor
