The reason why they Got Dan Gilvezan was because he played him in Spider-Man And His Amazing Friends, which is a version the developers might have grew up with. I don't think he was a good choice for 2099 though because 2099 is supposed to be more serious. He was good for the 80s if you ask me.
I kinda liked the different take on 2099 even though it's nowhere near what he was in the comics

Ok back when I was a kid, I really wanted there to be “cross over levels.” Where 2 of the 4 Spider-Men traded places. I didn’t think about how unbalanced it was, but I just thought the idea of them communicating with each other, similar to edge of time, trying to help each other through their respective universes would’ve been so dope.
I have a few ideas
Ultimate and noir:
Ultimate kingpins fragments allows him to talk and collaborate with noir kingpins with the Spidey swapping places in the 1st half and the second half having Ultimate fight enemy's while noir picks them off with the boss being both kingpin together but they don't exactly work together so with clever placement of both spiderman they run into each other and beat each other for you
Ultimate and amazing:
Both version of black cat are after a fragments and but the power of the fragment let them affect the other meaning an obstacle for one spiderman become double as bad for the other the two spiderman will banter with each other, as for what they say I want to highlight the experience gap between them with amazing clearly having more knowledge and ultimate being a bit more brash
2099 and noir:
It be versus tombstone with the two spiderman being the ones effective each other negatively I mainly want to see the culture shock and bickering between them and game play wise being more unstable with noir having the most combat and 2099 playing more like bullet proof juggernaut with lots of cheap trick death that mostly your own hubris
2099 and ultimate:
Venom 2099 Infects ultimate and the rage system become a gamble as it could take away some or a lot of health based on RNG with 2099 fighting ultimate carnage to find a cure being like time trial
Amazing and noir:
Silver sable get a fragment and gets free roam of amazing and noir worlds so she tried to catch both and the two take turns distracting her to get the fragment from her
Can we talk about how Amazing Spider-Man's fighting stance is literally the same one he strikes in the Capcom fighting games? I feel like that's a detail the devs didn't NEED to put in, but I'm glad they did. Its why I always appreciated Beenox. They put way more effort than was needed.

Personally I think for the plot on the ultimate Spider-Man mission kingpin could’ve heard about the fragment from Deadpool’s game show. Like the prowler it’s probably worth money to him, so as we know kingpin has a bunch of connections and gets his hands on it. Like Kraven or hammerhead the tablet increase his strength and stuff like that. That could be a good start for a kingpin plot for the mission
I like the lizard idea, but considering how much like the batman arkham games those levels already felt, having a sewer level with a giant reptilian monster that reaches his hands up and tries to grab you would just add to that comparison. It'd be way better than killer croc in asylum, but I think it'd get compared to it a lot since noir already was compared a lot without this level
If there were any DLC levels for Shattered Dimensions. I actually would’ve really liked to have seen Ultimate Spider-Man fight Ultimate Magneto. They could’ve done the whole Ultimatum flooded New York thing as a linear level. Only replace Mjiolnir with the tablet fragment and not do any of the controversial moments from that story.
Technically we already got the Tidal Wave Gimmick in The Deadpool Level, why not have Him chase Magneto through a Post Ultimatum Genosha
Yeah true, even the Ultimate Electro level loved the use of water with that River Dam being used to beat him haha. Tbf, Genosha would’ve been a cool location and like they did with the Deadpool level, they would have had to make up enemies to fight. So they could’ve maybe made up some Magneto acolytes to fight in the build up to the boss battles.

Tbf allying with mutants Is cool, I think it would’ve been sick to have Professor X just be in the level as another voice over instructor role to go alongside Madame Web. It could’ve lead to some funny moments like Ultimate Spidey being sarcastic like “Great another voice in my head, well I’m sure you two will be great room mates”. 😂
Except he did. Even from The Mysterio in Shattered Dimensions is from the Amazing Universe, Mysterio changed his appearance to look like the Mysterios in the other 3 dimensions.
If Lizard is really too scary to engage, you shouldn't compromise that for a boss fight. Just steal it from under his nose and have a much longer, more intense run for your life section than the previous ones. That way you tease the mechanics of the setpiece a little bit at a time, then hit the player with a massive, terrifying one that brings it all together
For the Ultimate level, can we have a side scrolling hallway fight like in Sifu?

Part 2 of my expansion on your idea
The Lizard: Lizard will be more of a sad story. Like Osborn, he too was a freakshow in the carnival and suffered a similar scale-like condition , but was soon kicked out after new acts were introduced. So unable to live a normal life, he lived in the sewers. Where he became more of a monster. Years of living off rats and isolation turned him into a true monster. He grew 4× as big, his scales grew worse, developed a tail like appendage, his senses dialed up to 11, and he lost his sanity, becoming a real giant Lizard. This level will be different from the regular noir levels. You are no longer stealthy. You are no longer the predator. You are now the prey. For the first time, spiderman noir is the one being hunted. The level starts off with a woman screaming, and Noir going down to check. The woman points to the manhole cover and you catch a glimpse of a tail going down. Noir will ditch his hat and trench coat and go down. You are now in the sewers. Spiderman will walk through the tunnels as giant clawed hands burst through the walls, and a giant tail will try to swipe you from above. Failure to dodge results in instant game over as the Lizards shadowy appendages take Noir away. When you pass this section, you see Osborns goons down here, trying to look for the fragment. Noir will deduce Lizard has the fragment and will need to get it before he does. Stealth sections are now here, BUT with a catch. Lizard will be part of them. If you stand in a perch point or one section too long, Lizard will know and take Noir away from the shadows, in an instant game over. So you're pressured to take the goons out ASAP with added pressure. When all goons are dealt with, Noir will see two big pipe openings he can go through. He will create two web lines, one each inside the pipes. The one vibrating is the correct path. Another pressured goon stealth section is after. After this, lizard will have enough and reveal himself. He'll burst from the ceiling and you will be taken down into his underground lair, where he's housing other freakshow carnival people that couldn't survive out there. Lizard will give Noir a chance to walk away, but Noir wants that fragment. Lizard will refuse to give it up as it is the only thing that can protect him and his "family". Lizard will then distrust spiderman and wack him into a tunnel with his tail. Noir will now have to run for his dear life as lizard chases you down the tunnel. Eventually you escape into a water pool and you are cornered. Lizard will catch up and noir has no choice but to fight him. Lizard uses the fragment powers to breathe underwater and hide in the water and attack from below. You have no choice but to turn valves across the room to lower the water so lizard can't hide and can be hit. After doing this several times, a first person brawl ensues. However, in a twist, lizard will grab Noir's arms and say "Just leave us alone" and slam noir into the floor, and place the fragment in noirs jacket. Noir will then wake up, outside in the raining street, with fragment in hand. Noir, genuinely feeling bad for lizard, who hasn't hurt anyone, decides not to go after him anymore. Lizard Noir is the only villain now not to be defeated and instead willingly gives up his fragment
Post credits artwork: The artwork will show Lizard holding a mugger by the throat up against a wall. A woman is in the background, holding her child away to keep him safe. Lizard has now become a sort of Anti-Hero
The Kingpin: The setting will be the prison. Peter is swinging around and sees two prison guards suspiciously loading bombs in their truck. Peter will hitch a ride to find out more. He is then driven to the prison and sees the guards get out and give some other guards money and let them drive through. They then get out and plant bombs on the outside wall and BOOM. The entire wall is blown upon and out steps Mr Fisk. Spiderman, horrified, swings in and faces Fisk. The level immediately begins with a boss battle. Fisk will tell his boys to back off and fight 1 on 1. This will take place in the prison parking lot. After getting his health down, Fisk gets in a lucky gut punch, grabs spideys arm and throws him through a the wall and through bulletproof glass. Fisk will say "Alright boys, I had my fun, finish him for me". Prisoner waves will now swarm the room. After defeating them, Spidey goes back outside to see Fisk walking BACK INTO THE PRISON FROBT DOOR. Confused, he follows. But when he goes in, guards are waiting with stun tazers and batons. Spider-Man defeats this wave and hears an alarm saying the evidence room is breached. He then sees fisk through a camera taking a fragment from the evidence lockup. Spider-Man will say "Oh no...that's not good" and go into the evidence room. The evidence room will then close shut, trapping Peter. Kingpin will then appear on a monitor and boast about how today is the day Spider-Man meets his end. Waves upon waves of guards and prisoners will be unleashed, with Fisk's speech being said in the background. When fisk finishes his speech, the doors unlock from a friendly guard. Spiderman will thank him and the guard will say "Not all of us can be bought, kid. Take this, it'll lead you to the pods, good luck". You now have the prison keys. After making your way through the prison pods, defeating waves, you finally reach kingpin on the rooftop of the prison, with his hands behind his back. Kingpin will say "So, you have new tricks? That suit is intriguing. I got a few of my own" he then pulls out the fragment and uses it, he gains strength big enough to shake the ground using Sumo moves. Kingpin says "Just you and me, kid. This is how the story ends". The last boss ensues. Kingpin can be fought directly, but he can be lured into running into barbed wires on the edges of the roof, making him easier to hit. Eventually, a first person segment comes up. When you win, Peter will throw kingpin to the ground and punch him so many times, he'll beg for mercy, but Peter won't. Bruises and welts start to form and Madame Webb will psychically stop peter and freeze him, saying "ENOUGH PETER". Fisk will then moan and his arm will go limp with the fragment in his hand. Peter will take it and say "....what have I done...." as the mission ends
Credits Art: Fisk will be in the hospital bed, hooked up to heart monitors and tubes. However, the camera pans to show a man opening a suitcase with the Classic Shocker suit inside over fisk's bed. Fisk has now paid Shocker to get revenge on Spider-Man
Wow that Lizard idea sounds amazing, specially that ending! Would have totally worked in the context of the game and it would make the player feel sympathy for Lizard.
Also that Kingpin level sounds really great, the story is cohesive and perfect for a brawler level! Maybe I would add another villain you could fight on the evidence room like Shocker mixed with the normal thugs, cause Fisk would have a lower tier villain on his payroll to stop Spider-Man. A bit like Silver Sable hunting down Juggernaut at the same time as you!

I think another really cool level idea for noir would be venom. I think that you could really go deep into the horror aspect like you said with the lizard and have it be in the city like the vulture level but then at the end of the level you would end up at a church and eventually climb to the top where the bell is and that's where you'd have your final boss battle.
I always thought it would have made more sense for Gilvezan to voice Noir Spidey instead.
And have Christopher Daniel Barnes voiced Spider-Man 2099? I thought this was the case for the DS version where Noir and 2099's actors are swapped but no, their actors are the same as the console version. Luckily, Chris Barnes does voiced 2099 in the game after Shattered Dimensions, and then later voiced Electro in Ultimate Spider-Man the show.

@@kyransawhill6650 what made this crazy is that beat down was a WARNING, for context aunt may got shot by kingpins goons after he figured out his identify so Spidey beat the daylight out his made sure all of his goons were watching and told kingpin if Aunt may doesn't survive he come back do again and kill him for real.

It’s weird that in the pseudo sequel “Edge of time”, the noir voice actor was 2099, and ultimate voiced Amazing. I prefer it that way greatly, as the characters would literally be unable to be taken seriously with the same actors, but it’s kind of funny.
My idea for the Noir level, have goons from what's left of Goblin's gang hide from Spider-man in the underground tunnels and sewers with the tablet fragment. As Spider-man hunts them down, Lizard is hunting him and the goons. Then at the end, when the Lizard is cornered by Spider-man in a well lit area, Peter accidentally uses the tablet to actually make Lizard transform back into Connors, instead of giving Lizard extra powers. The flaw here is that Peter will have to find a way to make this change permanent, without Connors keeping the fragment.
My idea for the 2099 level, just let it be Prowler 2099. Surprisingly, 2099 doesn't have many classic villains updated to the future setting.
I think having Murphy’s law come into effect during the black cat mission and using that as an excuse to do the absolute most outrageous shit ever would work.

This game is super underrated I rememeber seeing this in the game stores as a kid and I copped it right away and I was mind blown by the whole concept of 4 different spider men with each of them having different combat systems was amazing my favourites go noir, ultimate, 2099,amazing
This is my favorite Spider-Man game, and it still is. In fact, I still have fond memories of this, if it weren't for Shattered Dimensions Spider-Man Noir wouldn't have been popular, and Spider-Man 2099 would just be an obscurity.
I'd love to expand on your villains and levels, as I have always loved writing. Ill go in order from your video. Sadly I have to do two comments because youtube is such a pain and thinks it's too long
Part 1
The Black Cat: The setting will be the nighttime New York Skyline, with rooftops being the main focus. Black Cat has picked up a tablet fragment from the museum where Spidey broke it and was NOT scattered in an alternate dimension and stayed there. Spidey will be swinging around randomly when all of a sudden his web line is cut and he falls to a rooftop, with black cat chuckling. Spidey will say he recognizes that chuckle, and Black Cat will swing to the same roof, revealing her title card name. The level starts off with Black cat telling Spider-Man to catch her, which he'll follow. You will need to chase after her across the rooftops, with a meter showing how far she is. If you get too far, you fail. When he catches her, the first boss fight ensues. She will be quick and swift, and able to counter your attacks if you don't mix them up. When you win, spiderman will kick her and pin her down. She will say "Expecting a kiss?" Which he'll say "no, a fragment would be nice though". All of a sudden, mobster type goons surround the rooftop and tell Felicia to come out. They're Silvermane's men, and Black Cat was hired to steal the fragment for Silvermane. Goons will come to the roof and Spidey will notice. Black cat will kick Spidey off and jump off the roof and escape while you have to defeat Silvermane's goons. After defeating them and more chases across the roofs and beat em up sections, spiderman will jump down to ground level and chase her into central park. Black cat will be cornered and use the fragment. Her mask will fall off and reveal her eyes are green and pupils are sharpened, like a cat, as well as white fur growing on her back and chest. She will now be too fast to hit and counter all your moves. Spiderman will need to trick her into diving into the trees and stunning her for free hits. Do this several times and as the final blow, spiderman will dropkick her into a tree and it instantly knocks her out. Spidey will walk over to her and take the fragment and felecia will open her eyes. She'll say "I just wanted to spend time with you...". Spidey will hold her head and give her a kiss on the head and say "Not like this, Felicia". She'll then snuggle in his arms as the mission ends
Ending Credits Art: Felecia will be in her room, full of cat plushies and spiderman merch. Her window will be open showing Spider-Man about to climb in to visit her. This implies Felecia and Peter still have feelings for each other
Prowler: The setting will be the Nueva York alleys and Alchemax labs. Spidey will pick up the tablet and be relieved no villain got it. However he sees prowler being chased by public eye and Spidey helps. Prowler will thank him and say he's lost and has no idea where he is and explain he was on a roof one minute then the next he's being chased by these guys. Miguel will deduce its of a dimensional shift that brought him here. Miguel will offer to help him and prowler will see the fragment in his hand and say "Thank you...very much" in a sinister tone. The level now starts with you and prowler in the alleys, having to fight through waves of public eye units. Eventually Miguel and prowler make it to the alchemax building's back door. Prowler and Miguel will crawl up the building and through a vent and get into the Time Testing Facilities. Miguel and Prowler will see the time device to send him back, with a cameo from Walker Sloan looking at the device. Prowler and Miguel will drop into the room and trip an alarm and it'll send alchemax robots to hunt them. After fighting waves of them through the building, prowler and Miguel need two keys to unlock the room with the time device. Prowler and Spidey will split up to retrieve one each. When you get yours, you go back to see prowler with a key AND the fragment!!! He's pickpocketed you without you realizing and uses the fragment to knock Spidey out, as the fragment now gives his suit better attack power and strength. Spidey will then have his key stolen, the device room unlocked and shoved inside. Prowler will say he feels like staying in this new world for better opportunities and gigs and attempt to send Spidey away in the device. However, the device isn't working. Spider-Man will say "I see you're not used to working with all this high tech equipment? Having trouble?" Prowler will get frustrated, grab Miguel and slam him across the device room. Prowler will say "You remind me of my nephew, lets see if you fight like him" and the boss commences. Prowler has no health bar and cannot be beaten directly. Instead, you must kick prowler into three generators that will set the device off. When you do this three times, avoiding prowlers claws and laser blasts, you will need to do a first person beat down. When you win, Miguel shoves him in the device and closes it, webbing the tablet from his hand. Miguel will put in the coordinates and send prowler back as he screams he'll swear revenge.
Ending Credits art: Prowler will be in his shop, drinking a vial that says "Property of alchemax". Prowler knicked an unknown substance from the 2099 dimension and will use it as a steroid to give himself an edge
This game deserves a remaster or a port on modern consoles. In fact, I would love to play this game on my switch lite.

Awesome ideas, i’d love for a Kingpin level in the Ultimate universe since he’s such a prevalent character there. Another DLC idea for Noir could be Tombstone, a cool headed and more combate experienced gangster could be cool as a way to differentiate between the “monsters” he’s fighting or Morlun as a vampire in this place, putting up a more predatory fight making the player feel like prey
I think the hatred Relationship with Ultimate Spider-Man and the Kingpin is Uncle Ben's killer worked for the Kingpin and Peter wants take out the Kingpin who caused Uncle Ben's death.
I think a Lizard level for the noir dimension would be great, but I'd love to see a Morbius level for that universe too. Playing into the whole 'freak show run by Osborne' theme with either of those villains would be so good. I feel like black cat could almost work better as an ultimate dimension villain, because of her sway and influence over Peter especially while he has the symbiote on, but I don't know how it would be appropriate for rage mode in gameplay. Amazing universe could have Prowler as a villain too. And 2099 could work with like a futuristic version of the Spider Slayers and Alistair Smythe, or even Flipside.
This is pretty good. Imagining these guys in the game would’ve been amazing. Especially lizard. Having a skulking presence would’ve been so spooky for 12 year old me. Cheers.
an interesting DLC could've been if they switched dimension. Like if Noir was in 2099 and Ultimate in noir universe. Something like that.

Dan doesn't get enough love. I understand if people feel he's wrong for Miguel I admittedly haven't read his comics but I love his peppy can do attitude. If not for Miguel I'd love to see him as a more fitting spidey
I like the ideas for Ultimate and Noir, they probably could've worked pretty well in the game.
Someone probably already pointed this out, but Dan Gilvezan was Peter in Spider-man and His Amazing Friends. He was pretty good, but if your argument was strictly about popular Spider-man voice actors, fair enough, I guess.
Other villain ideas I think could worked
Ultimate- the spot,
Noir- tombstone or morbius but I guess vulture kinda fits in for morbius a little bit
2099- venom 2099,doom 2099 if u don't know who he is look him up

The actor that play Spider-Man in Unlimited also did the voice for the PS1 Spider-Man game and that’s the voice I always hear in my head for Peter.
Shattered Dimensions was rated T for Teen. Black Cat was likely skipped for this game because she's almost literally in every other Spider-Man game. Beenox did 4 Spider-Man games, this was the only one Cat wasn't in. The rating had nothing to do with it. Her not being in was either because of budget or an artistic choice.
I feel like the kingpin suits noir spider man because he is like that boss who has everyone on check, black cat to ultimate since she already fights him on edge of time, the lizard to amazing since, he is already in a movie with the lizard called the amazing spider man, and aaron davis stays for 2099.
The lizard level would be fire 🔥

I made an entire series on this in 2019 and another last year...this game is SO underrated!
I want a remaster of this and Edge of time, like I need this even if there is the Spiderman insomniac games, this is nostalgia and I need it.
Blackcat would probably be a better ultimate spidey enemy because I believe she shows up more

Some great ideas here. I admit that when playing the game for the first time I kind of wanted 1602 and Mangaverse as additional worlds, but I'm also willing to admit they're not that popular. These days you'd probably have Miles or Gwen show up. One other idea I had was Amazing or some other character getting stuck in the Zombies verse. I also kind of wanted the Punisher as a boss somewhere because of his history with Spider-Man.
At least their dimensions’ Spider-Men made it as costumes. That’s worth something.

I think Kingpin would be a good idea for Spider-Man Noir, for Ultimate Spider-Man it would be cool to see Venom/ Eddie Brock and of course we already have Carnage but it would be cool to see Eddie, and for Amazing Spider-Man it would be pretty cool to see tombstone I think it would be awesome, last but not least Spider-Man 2099 and for my idea it would be cool to see morbius weird choice of a villain I would pick but I think it would work.
This game will never be forgotten only if you played it in childhood like me 💯

See, I would have loved to have seen a true sequel build off of this, instead of something like Edge of Time.
The catch this time would have been a semi-open world that's cobbled together with bits and pieces of four universes, each inhabited by a different Spider-Man.
The map would consist of modern New York, Nueva York, Tokyo, and a ruined version of New York.
This time around, the Spider-Men involved would be Amazing, 2099, Toei, and Zombie Spider-Man. Each would have similar enough gameplay, but have their own gimmicks. For example, Toei Spider-Man's boss fights would always involve Leopardon, and Zombie Spider-Man can only heal by feeding off of enemies.
Each one would have their own semi-self contained story, with their own unique villains and NPCs (like Toei meeting Japanese versions of various Marvel characters).
After completing each of the four stories, the player would unlock a final chapter, a la Sonic Adventure 2, which would see all four working together.
Just thinking out loud.
I feel like for 2099 it would've been cool to see either doppelganger or even spider clone (despite spider clone is a creation of jackal whos not a 2099 villain but a forgottenvillain as well) but it would be cool to see alcamex creating old DNA versions of the original spiderman and one of them gets loose and comes across the tablet and you know the rest lol. but the prowler would've been cool to see too
I really think that they should rerelease the game with all the hype that came for spiderverse with no way home and into the spiderverse

I love this game and your ideas for it are very creative, the Black Cat level sounds fun and the Kingpin level sounds like it would be my favourite. But I have two notes:
Why not just have the Prowler be from the past of the 2099 universe? I mean you already drew him in a futuristic suit and the time travel goal is fitting for a level that takes place in a distant future. Also I think the crossing of dimensions shoulod be saved for the climax rather than one DLC mission.
The Lizard is a perfect foil for a horror centric aestetic for the Noir universe, but if you add a level centered around tracking down a reptile monster in the sewers as a superheros the parallels between Noir and Batman Arkham Asylum would reach criticle levels

Prowler dont really work for me. I say Rhino for 2099. Like Rhino should be a cyborg created by Alchemax where his only purpose was to destroy Spider-Man, but then he got distracted by the tablet fragment and it made him stronger and more aggressive. And the weak point is on his back, similar to Noir Goblin but without the stealth.
And for Ultimate Spider-Man, I want it to be Mr. Negative. Like Mr. Negative's added powers can be like making shadow clones and mind-controlling the Police.

Amazing : Classic / Raimi Goblin
while Goblin was in the game via Noir. i would've loved to see the Classic GG, maybe with some Raimi Influence for him (seeing as these are DLC missions)
Ultimate : Venom
in Ultimate's Missions, you fight Carnage and it always annoyed me how Venom never appeared in the game. so make him a boss with his Ultimate look and him trying to take over a city or something (this would be the hardest DLC boss if it happened.)
Noir: Shocker
-Shocker was also not in the game. so have him be the DLC Boss for Noir. he would be a challenge since Noir is weak compared to the rest of the spider-men. this fight would also happen in a train station like the 2002 Video Game
2099: Electro
-i don't really know much about 2099's Villain's. but my pick would probably be 2099 Electro. make his fight be like Ultimate Electro on Acid

2099 could also Feature Dr. Doom imo

I wish insomniac would make a remake of the game. Or make a multiverse game similar to Shattered dimensions. And also keep all the combat similar to the already established Insomniac games but change the game to a more story centered game.

- Amazing: Venom, u fight a venom whos similar to mcfarlane-bagley venom at night on a stadium in rain, u need to web him up and hit throw him in the football score bar to trigger sound waves to defeat him.
- 2099: Rhino, The battle is set on a sky scrapper and then you throw him through the floors of the building until u reach underneath the streets and then a water wave comes in and destroys his suit and tech.
- Noir: Morbius: At a very creepy castle you fight him and you must destroy his thugs where he gets blood from to regenerate, after u turn on a few generators to be light in the castle and burn him to crisp.
- Ultimate: Doc ock (male), a smilar battle like spider-man 2 final battle, but u stop the machine this time and defeat ock

Honestly, I feel a hard disagree on Kingpin for Ultimate. Taking place in a prison, with everyone against you kind of feels like the Carnage level, where he breaks out, and theres a bunch of infected after you.. and the slayers after you.. and it was basically everyone v ultimate.. in what felt like a prison (even though it was the triskellion.. I think). I do kind of like the shocker idea though. Shocker was basically a comedic relief in the comics, and the Ultimate Spider-Man game. I’d really like to see Shocker actually not be a laughing stock, and be a threat to ultimate spider-man. Maybe his vibrations actually hurt Peter and the Symbiote now that he got more powerful.
Yeah, i'll would like to see Shocker fighting Symbiote/Ultimate Spider-Man and being a major threat to him, due to his vibrations being one of the Symbiote's weakness to sound itself.
I think the Noir level idea is the best one

I know this is crazy late but I think for 2099, the villain should be The Spot, I say this as a big Spot fan so don't think I'm just saying this cause ATSV is gonna popularize him
He could have the same sort of backstory as Prowler by being from the Amazing universe but sent to 2099, but this time it was intentional, since Spot wants the tablet fragment to strengthen his portal abilities to allow him to travel dimensions with them
I got a fun idea if kingpin got any power from the fragment: mind control or something to block madame web's link with him
