Ok new here just wondering what is the difference between thc and CBD yep I know it's a dumb question but if ya dont know ask so I'm asking thanks for the info
THC is the chemical compound that gets you high, and then this is typically what they test for on routine piss tests. CBD is the chemical which also grows in weed but has none of the psychoactive traits that THC does.
In U.S. a lot of CBD is sourced from hemp for products in states that still prohibit cannabis because the THC levels in hemp are so low.
Though CBD's in Delta8 variant seem very similar to the effects you would feel from a THC product even if derived from hemp.

CBD is a compound in Cannabis that provides anti-inflammatory effects (easing the pain in sore muscles).

CGC is the newest one we've really understood and its effects are more deeply reaching pain relief. (Think if CBD targets muscles, CBC targets nerves)
I can't believe how far Cannabis research has come in the past few years and I can't wait to see how much more we are going to discover about it in the future!
I even had a revelation today that in the future we may eventually understand cannabis enough to be able to isolate and replicate the terpenes from not only cannabis but coffee as well and eventually be able to infuse specific cannabinoids and terpenes into your coffee so that you dont even need to smoke anything to benefit from the effects.
