I've been corresponding with Zavvi for the last few weeks regarding an order and it has been a nightmare, they haven't answered any of my questions and have been running me around in circles with meaningless apologies, I don't even know if I am getting my order, and every time they respond to me the message is signed by a completely different person that seems to have a made-up name! Red flag right there! They are very dodgy, and I have basically given up on receiving my order, and I would not recommend Zavvi to anyone!
