- Living in Florida 10 years, I've ridden my Harley Davidson motorcycle on a lot of back roads. We had no idea this road existed until we found ourselves on it. How dangerous is it?

Hello Uncle....thanks for taking us along for the ride...can tell it was a scenic ride because Mama gator wasn't twisting the wick to much...love you guys ❤❤❤
Cheers man! We loved that ride
That ride is so beautiful. I have friend that live in Ormond beach. I never heard of the road. Thanks for bringing us along.
Yeah we loved it man
The horror, THE HORROR!
Wish we did the noman loop. When we down for bike week
I warned you on the floorboards video about the boot thing. Ask me how I know…😁🤣
The loop ride is one of my favorites. My favorite house is the old white one sitting all by its self. Great video. We also like the river ride up or down rt13 along the St. John’s river.
I’ll have to check that one out too
The thing about the dry heat versus the humidity is that your sweat will evaporate more quickly the lower the humidity which does have the practical upshot of helping you cool off more easily assuming that you’re wearing full gear which you’re obviously not, but it does lead to dehydration more quickly as well.
I’ve spent 27 years in Florida riding motorcycles and every year I go on a cross country trip that normally takes me out west. One of the only times I have had to stop riding because of environmental conditions was an Arizona. Taking my time going through avoiding interstates and despite constantly sucking from my camel pack, I couldn’t keep up hydration wise. I remember I wound up pulling over on the side of the road underneath of a little country overpass for a train setting up my car and just laying there pounding down a gallon and a half of water. I laid there for about six hours until it was about two hours after dark before I was able to feel like I could safely get back on my bike and keep riding. In retrospect, I may have had a stroke.
We used to ride from Phoenix over to SoCal and riding through that desert in July was brutal. We had vests that looked like bullet proof vests but they had water pouches in them. We wore those and let to air flow through them so we wouldn’t die lol
Im truck driver & I agree that Van/reefer trailers shouldn’t be going down those canopy roads unless absolutely necessary
Amen to that. And the ones that aren’t canopy roads, keep em well maintained so y’all don’t hit the trees
The loop is cool. I hate it during bikeweek though. Too much traffic. I got the badges. But couldn’t make it back to Seminole before closing. Do you work tomorrow?
Off tomorrow but there Monday
I like using the Hero 11 mini on helmets to save on weight and wind issues. Battery life can be an issue but using the gopro remote helps if you're not recording for more than 20 minutes at a time. Ride safe!
Have you been to hontoon island yet? It is not far from your area .
not heard of it yet. Can check it out one day
Beauty ride my friend!!...I think BoMomma should have a camera! Be cool to see her view of the rides!👍 another great video!...thanks for sharing...stay safe out there!!😎👍🤙👍🤙🇨🇦
Thanks my man. And I agree!
that was a most beautiful ride Uncle, thank you!😎👏
We loved it man
There's whole nudist towns in Florida lol
Man I believe it. This one really surprised me. It’s in a VERY small town that is mostly migrant workers on fern farms.
I’ve lived in the area for 13 years and you are discovering all the roads that I discovered a long time ago. If you haven’t tried them yet, run up Marsh road to 11. Another great local biker bar is Foxheads in Osteen. Also… on the loop stop in to see the Fairchild Oak. The oldest and biggest tree in Florida.
We’ve seen fox head but didn’t stop. It’s on the short list!
This ol Tarheel love some good Mex food....to bad they don't have buffet like the Chinese..
Amen
Great video sir an yea I think it's a great idea to put a camera on bomama an next time I make it down there u need to take me on that road it had some great Scenery
Beautiful road
It looked like it
Seems like a great bit to ride!
We loved it
Good looking ride. Yeah we have areas like that here but like you said it ain’t Florida.
I used to go to the local 1% owed bar in my hood. They were cool with taking pictures and posting videos of their place all they asked was not to photo or record their chapter flag hanging on the wall. Always had a good time there. It’s always best to ask, remember respect goes a long way.
Amen to that
The Tavern...my people ❤❤
Yeah man love that place. It’s my favorite bar.
You could have made some extra money on that job, if you would have bet them guys yours would shoot further than theirs 🤣😂🤣😂
Missed opportunity
Love this content helps us who have to work get by. Don't get a speeding ticket on the loop.
Gotta catch me first
You must have been at the villages.
Ha nope! Not far from Deland actually. I was taken by surprise
I'm ashamed to say, I lived n Daytona for a year and st. Aug for 5years and have never ridden the loop. I liked a1a north of ponte vedra.
Yeah big fan of that stretch too. I lived in Jax for a while and would surf fish ponte vedra
⚡️⚡️⚡️
😂😂😂😂😂
Don’t forget your pineapple 🍍
