Penguin Trek is a fantastic, and much-needed, addition to SeaWorld Orlando. They did a solid job of repurposing the old facility. It reminds me heavily of Manta at SeaWorld San Diego, which was one of my favorite rides when I was younger. Thank you for bringing this update our way!
Man SeaWorld is really just pumping out rides like crazy. They even trying to step up some of the themeing to me with this indoor out door ride. Thanks for taking us with you big brother. Great video!!!!
Penguin Trek looks to have a similar ride experience to Big Bear Mountain only with more spectacular theming, and not at all intense. Perfect for families. 👍👍👍
I'm so excited that you got to ride. When I seen a height limit, I so thought about you right off and was so worried. I can't remember which new ride it was and where (maybe Eagle, Dollywood?) that you couldn't ride due to being tall and it just broke my heart for you. Me however, being a short person normally have not worries in that area! LOL WOW! What a train load, Rick, Jackie, Sam, JoJo and Dev. Had only the Pugh's been there (prayers with them) all my Number One's in one spot, I would have been in heaven. I'm so excited, I found out Monday I'm coming to Sea World for my birthday (July 4th) and it will be Gold pass holder day to ride and I am one. Then I have reserved seats for the Fireworks. I'm so Blessed, this is going to be an awesome birthday. Now if only I could run into you and Bianca, that would make my day. Thanks for all you do!!
I rode this today with my platinum pass early access, it was okay, for those seeking that extreme thrill ride it lacks, but it was perfect for my 7yr old and wife who is scared of the larger and faster coasters, and just enough to get them used to the coaster experience :)
Wowie!!!!! That looked like a blast. Unfortunately, having epilepsy I cannot go on this ride due to the strobe lighting. 😟 But I would LOVE the penguin meeting
It was really strange hearing Taylor and Sarah's voice off-camera from Coaster Studios. Worlds colliding effect lol. You guys should have introduced yourselves! Great vlog as always Dev
How would you compare Penguin Trek to Gringotts and Mummy? Those two are the most intense I can handle and that's what I compare everything to so I know what I can handle
Talking about 4th July sales, if you’re already a pass holder, I recommend to call! I called to update my payment information and the nice agent told me if I renew my platinum pass membership now, it was $38 down payment for each person then I pay $28 a month per person! So of course…I did lol
Hi, thanks so much for the video! We are going this coming weekend for the first time. My daughter is 9, she is new to coasters and a little scared. Can you compare Penguin trek to a coaster at Disney World?
Hi Dev! I think this is probably the first time I comment on one of your videos. I slightly disagree on the future of seaworld. Seaworld used to be like almost the greatest place for a child that was like 3 or 4. You had the shows, shamus happy harbor with the big playground, empire of the penguin, and a couple of really cool animal exhibits. When I got older and most of those things I got tired off. I remember I couldn’t go on almost any of the big rides (manta, kraken, mako) the only rides I could ride was journey to Atlantis and that was the year it got unthemed. I am now worried for kids that were just like me now maybe younger that there is almost nothing else to do. I feel like taking the animals out of seaworld would be the worst thing ever. Right now all the shows are shell of their former self and they don’t have that magic touch to it. I don’t want this park to turn into Universal where it’s all thrill and nothing else to do other than the playgrounds for kids. Obviously you can add rollercoasters rides but not like every year. More dark rides would be amazing that’s why I hope the 2025 project will be like a soarin type simulator. Anyways Cheers My friend. Love the content.
Always enjoy your videos. But sea world needs more family friendly rides, not kiddie rides, but dark rides and coasters such as the penguin coaster. As a senior who has a big family and blessed with grand kids in their late teens and under 5, we would like to ride together more. We go to SW especially for the animals, as do most families. But we know times are changing. Maybe one year a family ride, the next a thrill coaster.
I need more rides made that people who are bigger can fit on. You do all this work to lose weight and you still can't fit on because they aren't muscular people friendly either. Like Hagrid's at Universal. Amazing ride, but people that don't skip leg day definitely can't ride it. I feel like even if you meet the height requirement on this, if you have some bigger glutes, they won't let you ride since you might hit your head...loved seeing the lower wait times though! ❤
Ice breaker, penguin trek and pipeline have all just been installed to say they are more coaster centric now to stay clear of the peta crew. But you're right, we need BIG thrill ride coasters like Mako and Manta to give it that edge it so very much needs. Trouble is, I don't think they have the space, hence how these smaller coasters are getting dropped in. I think the exit to the real penguins and the surrounding area is just lazy from what it was, unique still though. But they need a MAJOR big coaster, people want to come for, unfortunately penguin trek ain't it.
Hi Dev, I disagree with you on Sea World it is about sea conservation and rescue teaching us about sea life not about roller coasters. They would have to change their name if it was another coaster driven park. I love Sea World because of the animals
So tired of these multibillion dollar companies that build these coasters where you can be too tall. Never had that with Disney. I'm 6'8 and still fit on Space Mountain (it's tight) but I fit and it's sad when a 49 year old coaster has better accommodations than these new modern marvel coasters. If you're going to spend the money to build the ride spend a little more and make it accessible for more people instead of a select few.
LOL, a "select few". The percentage of the world's population over 6'6" is less than ONE PERCENT. This ride should be able to accommodate most people in the world.
I called it when they said they couldn't make anymore killer whales this will be a coaster park they need a sheikra type coaster and a iron gwazi once the shamu exhibit is gone or just sent them to sanctuary
Never thought I'd see Dev, Jojo, & Jete on the same coaster
🎉🔥
it was such a fun time lol

Love seeing good decisions being made Sea World.
Seaworld needs some indoor rides. Its my favorite, but on hot summer days.......we need a break! Lol
That's a good point lol 😅
Is it worth just going at night for rides ?
@@AverageJoe483Yes- IF you are an intense roller coaster fan.
They need some family friendly rides as well.
Like cyclone sams at wof
I have been shocked by how much SeaWorld offers for pass holders, it is a great value.
Man SeaWorld is really just pumping out rides like crazy. They even trying to step up some of the themeing to me with this indoor out door ride. Thanks for taking us with you big brother. Great video!!!!
They have to. Once the animals they have die off they're not allowed to get anymore.
Good seeing you bro! :)
Same bro!!
SeaWorld does punch above their weight class. Great content! Thanks!
2 uploads in less than 24 hours 😌 thanks for keeping us fed 😌
Absolutely! I got more coming!!
Penguin Trek looks to have a similar ride experience to Big Bear Mountain only with more spectacular theming, and not at all intense. Perfect for families. 👍👍👍
Awesome seeing my fav 3 youtubers on the same train! Rick, Jackie and Dev (in no particular order!)
Looks like another great coaster here in Orlando! Cant wait to vlog this one soon! Also the Penguins!!!!
I like seeing the vloggers I watch are friends with each other. I have found many vloggers through Dev.

Keep the fun content coming dev thank you!
What a beautiful day and amazing ride. Thank you dev for sharing these awesome videos.
Thank you for sharing this new ride. It looks like so much fun! I really appreciate your honest reviews.
I was so impressed by the theming when i rode today!!!
I am not a fan of roller coasters, but Penguin Trek is a coaster I'd certainly try. Nothing crazy, just right.
That looks like so much fun!
I was there on Media day too :) we loved the new ride!
They're really churning out a lot of great rides!!! 🎉I can't wait to get back! 🦜🐬🐠
This is a great addition to the park, needed a family coaster
I appreciate your vedios dev they always cheer me up
I’ll have to check this place out once the fall season comes around this place is brutal in the summer🥵
You had the hole crew with you on Penguin Trek! You, Jackie, JoJo, and Jete, talk about a fun ride!

Would you say it’s fairly comparable to slinky dog dash?
@@patrickcutter6811 that's what I would like to know, that's the most thrill I can handle
@@mariaandino8793 slinky has 2 launches as does penguin. Slinky gets up to 40 mph and penguin 43. So seems pretty similar based off of that.
@@patrickcutter6811 ok yes thank U
3:28 awesome shot for a thumbnail !!!💥🔥🔥
Wowie!!!!! That looked like a blast. Unfortunately, having epilepsy I cannot go on this ride due to the strobe lighting. 😟

I spy Jojo & Jete! That coaster looked super smooth!
It was really strange hearing Taylor and Sarah's voice off-camera from Coaster Studios. Worlds colliding effect lol. You guys should have introduced yourselves! Great vlog as always Dev

Wait! Let me take my Dramamine😂 Thanks, Dev! Your vlogs are the best❤
Great video. Glad sea world has improved since pandemic ended.

Let's go do this
How would you compare Penguin Trek to Gringotts and Mummy? Those two are the most intense I can handle and that's what I compare everything to so I know what I can handle
cant wait for hhn content!
😊❤ Hopefully, I get there someday.
Yes Yes Yes i will be there on opening day and deffiently getting the opening day shirt
Oh, cool. You rode with Rick and Nikki too
Don't know why I was expecting a crush's coaster ride...😂
I love how every year a new roller coaster 🎢 opens up at sea world
Was waiting for this video once I saw you appear in Jojo's video!
I heard a rumor that next year they are getting a ride similar to Soarer at Disney. Supposedly they are moving toward being a coaster park.
Talking about 4th July sales, if you’re already a pass holder, I recommend to call! I called to update my payment information and the nice agent told me if I renew my platinum pass membership now, it was $38 down payment for each person then I pay $28 a month per person! So of course…I did lol
That’s awesome!!
I did the same thing. Upgraded my silver to platinum since it was the same price I was already paying.
Hi, thanks so much for the video! We are going this coming weekend for the first time. My daughter is 9, she is new to coasters and a little scared. Can you compare Penguin trek to a coaster at Disney World?
I see my fellow MCN members in line
Heading to Tampa soon, may pitstop at SeaWorld

The animals is what set this park apart...but I like to what they did with penguin trek, more rides like that would be awesome...
Did the second launch include an inversion?
Or a near inversion?
Some day, I'll ride a coaster with PC Dev 😂
Does anyone know if sea world is cashless now? I think I read it somewhere? I'm due to visit from the UK so wanted to check. TIA x
Hay Prince Charming dev like sea world video today big fan hugs enjoy yourself❤❤❤
wonder where all the penguins went that were in empire
Need other rides besides coasters. Alot of us can't do coasters anymore😢😢😢

What's SeaWorld Orlando plans for 2025?
Min height is 51 inches? It was billed as a family coaster with the min height of 42 inches
Min height of 42 inches is for someone with a companion and 51 inches if riding alone. 2:04

I went on 2017 and was better
That ride looked so boring.
I never understood the hands up in the air other than looking totally STUPID.

Thoosies when the *family* coaster designed for *families* is tame
