Another Dollar Tree item are those flares you twist and they light up. If you crash or have a flat tire at night they can help light up your car so you aren't hit by another driver. I also have one of those crank flashlights that require no batteries, I also put a few safety pins on my key chain. Safety pins are a bit like duct tape -- they fix everything! And a roll of paper towels always comes in very handy.
I just got car window breaker tools for me and my family. They are inexpensive on Amazon. Not only will it help escape if your car goes in the water, but here's an example of another kind of emergency... A man went unconscious on the freeway and drove off and jammed against the guardrail. Then his car started on fire! A BUNCH of people stopped and were trying to get him out but his door was locked. They were trying to break his window with anything and everything, even a hammer, but it wasn't budging. The flames were growing! Then a freeway worker was driving by. He stopped and he had one of those tools. It shattered the window like nothing and they dragged him out in just the knick of time. It happened here in the Minneapolis area a few months ago and the video went viral for awhile. 😵💫
OMG Lisa your are truly hysterical!! 🤣🤣. You have got to do stand up comedian. Seriously…my stomach is killing me. Almost did the Coke soda out my nose. That would have hurt.
Also great to include in an auto emergency kit (that are also sold at DT) are bungee cords, duct tape, paracord/nylon rope, and a few of the orange cones.
My kids just got their license and their own cars. I just got them a roadside emergency kit, first aid kit and pepper spray. I'm slowly adding more stuff to thir emergency kits. Also how long does the anxiety of your kids driving last? I am a absolute mess 😢😂
Love your videos. I just had a chuckle as I was watching, my friend looked over and asked me why you had a name light that said "Dookie" . I was thrown off and then realized the position you were sitting it covered the bottom of the P . Anyway, love the video

I also keep feminine products in my kit. I am an all girl family and you just never know.
One thing I would definitely in the container stain remover wipes from Dollar Tree.
