I was going through my old tapes and it was obvious someone must've stolen like a third of the tapes. I still have Shortys Fulfill the Dream, Toy Machine - Heavy metal, and Eastern Exposure 3. I caught skateboarding right before the commercialization started, pre-THPS, 1996-1997. Went to a skatepark on roller blades back in 1995 and me and my friend were roller blading. I ate shit so hard.
The purple/green hue shift looks so sick in this issue. I notice it’s not happening to the chapter logos (they’re still blue and white) so I wonder if that was a stylistic decision by whoever edited the issue together or if maybe they were just working with a jacked up TV or something lol
I wonder if anybody ever noticed George Morales was in the 60/40 Industry section and then in a Focus Commercial later on in the video. Gotta love those little slip ups
I started skating again after almost 20 years...2 days in....I can barely move, soo sore.how did I do it before?lol.i'll keep giving it my all until I can land a solid shuvit to crocked.relive my favorite best trick:)

So much good skating, but never caught on video. Killing ourselves for the love of it, not a social media clip.
This was my first skate video ever! Haha

Wish I still had all of my tapes. I remember going to the skate shop once a month to get these. Good times
This and magazines were the shit
I loved the 411vm and streets of fire and BPSW videos. the most.
Favorite skater growing up was Natas Kaupas:)

People don’t realize how much actual talent and fearlessness it takes to get good at this sport.
Those Sal 23s, legend.
Good atmosphere 1994😆
Thank you for putting these here guys
Rest in peace Jeff Grosso.

Classic trick tips where its just a description of what the trick is

love 411 but the trick tips were always pretty bad .. " ok fakie ollie switch k grind..go up fakie, fakie ollie, land in switch k grind, & land it".
that was the point I reckon. you always find your own way of doing it when you just try it.
lol, I was just thinking the same thing. It's like every skateboarder is terrible at describing anything.
I still have the og vhs of this!
Seriously...thanks for uploading this. I used to have this on VHS...too many good moments in this issue of 411.

Is Larry Moore in jail

Anyone noticed the rapper bad azz at 12:35? He rapped with Snoop Dogg back in the 90's. He was in a group called LBC crew.
