Yes they introduced 4th class, lvl 200 is max for the 3rd job, then you can hit the 4th after a quest. Introduced 4th job in 2023 and this video is from this year.

The card can only be traded compounded to an armor. There is a delay in who can grab the items, but I’m not sure it applies to MVPs.
