Alot of the jacket garments weren't suctioned/ traced correctly. When trying to seperate the arms from the chest for like a varsity jacket. You have to use the pen tool to seperate.
They’re not modular, it’s all one shape, but you can use the anchor points in Adobe illustrator to edit it
just downloaded your packs, loving them! I cannot seem to separate the mock ups from the lines like you do in the video. I have been trying to do this to change the colours with no luck at all. What am I doing wrong?

Also, if I'm going to add a camouflage pattern to a hoodie for example, how do I turn a camouflage pattern into a clipping mask that covers the entire hoodie without disrupting the existing lines/zippers, etc.?
Duplicate the existing outline shape, move that to front, use background outline shape to clipping mask, move that to back

Dx pack is all new mockups no duplicates aside from using V2 bases for contrast stitching or mesh garments etc

The master .ai file is only for Adobe illustrator, but you can import the .PNG files into any other design software

For some reason it won't let me combine two vectors or any other pictures on the same project page, and it also won't let me ungroup the clothes from the other part of the clothing. I can't even access the stiches, all I can do is change the clothes size.

depends on a lot can be $100-$300 a sample and $30-$60 per hoodie when buying bulk

This tutorial is for adobe illustrator, but mockups can be designed in all design softwares
wouldn’t photoshop be a lot easier? is there a specific reason why you use illustrator over photoshop or is it just personal preference?
Photoshop is pixel based, if you zoom in and zoom out and make images bigger, it’ll look pixelated. Illustrator uses vector based software, which will be smooth and sharp no matter how much you zoom in or increase a shapes size. Illustrator is for a creating artwork. Photoshop is for manipulating photos.
@@seaggs but surely making files on a large enough canvas size with large assets on photoshop isn’t a problem? it just seems like photoshop is a lot more intuitive to be honest
@@sbkgfx they’re both intuitive and meant for different things. These are vectors so it’s best to work in this vector software. Photoshop doesn’t have anchor points like illustrator does. It’s easier to create an edit shapes in illustrator and connect/apply them to other vector graphics in your art board. Photoshop can’t do that

It’s not letting me see the bounding box or ungroup any pieces of clothing. The ungroup box is blank and I can’t click any points I only have the whole image points. Can anyone help?

how do I unlink the mockups? Some of the things I'm trying to do that's in this video isn't working (Color changing, and unlinking mockups). Just want to know that what I'm getting is what is being shown before I decide to buy anything else.
It's also not letting me directly select any individual mockup, I can only select the box surrounding the two.

I have watched the video and used chat gpt I can’t change the color on the mockups is there a common mistake that people do that keeps them from changing the color? I will click on the fill and stroke like you did at 5:30 and click any color from the color panel and when I hit ok nothing changed

@@seaggs too long to put I’ll put the first 3 to give you idea but it researches everything on the internet and it’ll group it all together instead of wasting time watching 10-15 minute videos and it wasn’t the problem. So I check with gpt first before I search for info on videos
