This is so so amazing! I have an order of a basket full of vegetables cake and vegetables should be made out of marzipan. I wish my vegetables to be realistic looking like yours. Please give some information on the products used - 1. airbrush, which airbrush should a baker buy who wants to try different techniques, so not just a basic one would do. 2. I plan to keep these on a buttercream covered cake, will the marzipan veggies be alright, put on buttercream at room temperature for long hours? 3. Can these veggies be made 2-3 days in advance of making the cake and kept in fridge? My marzipan packet says - do not refrigerate.

I'm so sorry for my late! my airbrush is: harder & steenbeck Infinity gun. you not need to put the marzipan to the fridge. Just make the vegatables and let it dry. That is enough. :)
