If the loom that you removed came off the coil packs it'll have been a quick shifter as a PCV connects to the injectors 👍

Awesome vid the harness you removed is for a quickshifter, power commander connects to the injectors on that model from what I remember.... keep them vids coming

All depends on the mileage on the engine if the mileage is low no reason to open and adjust

Nice build. I love my K5. Built her from bone stock & now she's amazing. Too bad u bought wheels already as the R1 wheels look awesome on our bikes. I have them on my K5.

@@GarrethCollins yup they work & look amazing on our Zuks. I've been having the R1 wheels on my bike for 5 years now without any issues.

@@GarrethCollins no prob, if u look at my profile pic u can see my K5 with R1 wheels. I drag race the bike. I also have a revalved busa shock on the rear too. Busa shocks have more adjustability on the shock compared to the 1000 shock.

Nice! Rebuilding a k6 myself and ran into a small issue. It dies when the rpms drop back down after revving. Anything specific I should focus on? Cold starts at 4k and idles at around 2k. Any help would be great! Also willing to answer any questions you may have as well. Good luck on your build!
Thanks! Sounds like you have a Throttle position sensor issue try to replace it. Could solve the issue

No Recall Frame brace installed ? ? ?
That bike need's a frame recall brace and possibly master cylinder recall by Suzuki dealer free of charge
I think it has been done and if not i believe it was only certain VIN numbers that needed to be changed not all bikes👌🤔
@@GarrethCollins I had few k6 all of them had frame brace under frame between rad and frame I don't see it on urs you can check with Suzuki service they can check on system tru vin number and advise needed or not hmmm not sure about all models maybe late 06 plate that were registered as K7
Il have a check with suzuki once the build is completed i want to finish it within the next week first.

What does the air filter spray do? Asking for a friend
It oils the filter so that any dust or particles can be trapped in the oil instead of entering the engine
