Thank you so much for this it's really helpful. I am transfering my website to new domain but same host(blue host). I tried following these steps and was doing great until i had to transfer sql data base. i kept getting an error "#1044 access denied for user" any idea why this would happen? am guess there was something wrong with my extraction of the sql database not sure where? if anyone can give me tips on possible solutions i would be greatful.
Excellent tutorial. I've never done anything like this before. I just followed your video very slowly, step by step. Stopped your video after each step (watched some bits a few times over just for me to digest properly) and then repeated on my side. I'm thrilled to say my website is up and working again with new host. Thank you sooooo much.

I had a serious services deadline a weekend away, AND I WAS SUCCESSFUL. That means anyone who follows his instructions will be too. How may I reach you directly?

I couldn't agree more. I'm part of a fan-run blog for a sports team and we changed domains/hosts. I purchased Duplicator, then when that didn't work I tried BackupBuddy. What they don't tell you is, if you're site is over a certain size, it becomes a hassle and freezes on you almost every time. I wish I had known it was this easy to do before I spent money on plugins I can't use.
Hindsight is 20-20. But when the database is really big (over a gigabyte) or the site files altogether are over a gigabyte then this method doesn't work either. For those sizes you have use SSH which is a secure connection right from your computer to the hosting server. Doing a tutorial on that is on my list of to do's.
Strange. I guess I got lucky. My sites directory was a little over 15GB and this method worked. It didn't at first but I found a way around that by removing the data from the plugins entry in phpMyAdmin
This is really the best way to copy/clone/migrate a wordpress site, by completely understanding what you're doing instead of relying on black box plugins that don't always work or work right. Thanks for the excellent presentation!
What an insightful presentation of a successful migration. I work for one of the biggest hosting companies and I will definitely make sure that my customers visit your channel if they need a detailed explanation on how to do specific stuff such as WordPress migrations and backups. Bravo 👏🏻
This worked perfectly! Thank you. I'd just like to add two additional notes: 1) If you have any custom menu links, change them to the new page urls, otherwise when you click on the homepage menu it'll take you back to the old pages. 2) If you're using a plugin such as WooCommerce, you may need to deactivate and reactivate the plugin for your products to show up again. Those were the only minor issues I encountered. Otherwise great job WPLearningLab!
Absolutely Fantastic!! I tried for weeks to move an old site - many many written documents and many half-hearted videos....this was wonderful.....site is up and I am thrilled. Thank you so much!
I followed every step, it works perfectly except the Post 404 issue, but it fixed by Go to settings -> permalinks -> apply random permalink (and save) -> and then revert the permalink like we want to -> save -> and it works now, thank you so much for the tutorial! :)
Fantastic tutorial - if you are migrating your WP site take 17 minutes to watch this video. Totally agree with the presenter that by doing this manually you get a better understanding of how your WordPress site works rather than relying on plugins and paying for premium addons. The insight you get from carrying these jobs out manually can really help later when debugging and fixing problems that you may run into.
Thank you for this tutorial! I've learned SO MUCH performing this task while guided by your instructional video. I had a bit of problem towards the end with 'broken pages' and the fix you mentioned (bulk action, edit, draft, then published) wasn't working -- but thanks to you -- by that point in the video I had the confidence to reverse engineer a solution. I remembered you talking about 'permalinks' so I went back to WP dashboard and adjusted the permalinks, and changed the URL to new one -- and voilá -- seems to be working. I did it! This non-techy person did it! Thanks. You've got a subscriber for life!
+TRTPRODS NYC That's great news! That was my hope for this video; that you learn something instead just using a plugin that takes a few clicks to use. You now have more knowledge :) Thanks for watching and for the sub!
I wish I could like this video twice! Seriously, I tried learning this 5 years ago via youtube and gave up - there was NOTHING this comprehensive and easy to follow. Thank you! Just subbed. 👍
One thing I was informed of to fix the permalink problem is to select the permalink setting and click on it once and then do it a second time. This forces the database to reformat the structure...so I have been told. There is also a migration tool that works much like duplicator that I have used and does this faster. BUT this video gives you a clear understanding of how all these basic elements work together.
Hi William, You're right about the permalink problem. I include that in all tutorials no migration now. I forgot to do it on this one :( I think you mean the All-in-One Migration plugin. It's way faster than duplicator. Thanks for stopping by William!
Thank you so much for this incredibly helpful tutorial! YOU saved me a TON of time and frustration! I build WordPress sites for my clients and I'm always learning. Working in the cPanel, File Manager and SQL database have always intimidated me in the past but after watching this (twice - once as a preview to get a sense of what I was doing and two - as a step-by-step follow AS I WAS DOING IT) -- it all just CLICKED! I just 'go it!' -- as you said. AND the best part? When I checked to see if the site loaded on the new web address -- WHICH IT DID - PERFECTLY!!! -- there were no broken links! I am literally throwing virtual confetti! Thanks!! WHOO HOO No WordPress headaches today and my client will be happy, happy!! BOOM!

Used your guide to move my site to a new domain. It was super helpful and everything went well and without a hiccup. But most importantly, I learned quite a few things a long the way. Thank so much!!!
You're a lifesaver. I tried using the Duplicator plugin and had no success. Thanks for the video, worked like a charm! One thing I would like to add....If some of the pages don't work, you can simply go to the permalinks section and hit save. That will fix all pages at once.
Awesome tutorial. I followed each and every step as is and was able to successfully migrate my website. This the best tutorial and much simple than using the duplicator plugin. Loved it! Thank you!
This really worked and it worked 1st time. I spent days and tryed 3 different plugins that claimed to work easily only to be let down once again. This may be the manual way, but it works no muss, no fuss. Thank You!
Easily the most helpful video I have ever watched concerning migrating a WordPress website. With all of the videos you have posted, I see I have a lot of watching to do. Thanks in advance for the incredible amount of help I will receive, and the hours I will save by watching your videos!
Thank you for such an in-depth guide for migrating my sites. I didn't want to bother with the all-in-one migration plug-in. I've learned so much from this and am confident in doing this with any site. In the past I had troubles with trying to login the new domain site with its appropriate new credentials, and found a solution based on tinkering around php files and file manager. This channel will always be my go-to guide for WP needs. Thanks a bunch, saved me from an afternoon migraine.
Amazing, everything worked like a charm! I had no permalink problems and no explosions. That is by no means a reflection on your clear step-by-step instructions but I just expected something to go wrong! It helped me too that you were moving the site to an addon domain, in a folder, as I was moving hosts and into a subdomain (in a folder); just updated the database with the subdomain url and presto. Thank you very much.
awesome bro, I got stuck While transferring website from one host to another, the client was just about to lose hopes on me ... then finally this man appear and solve my problem.. truly marvelous man.
Hi Shahbaz, I'm glad I could help! It's the worst when you're trying your best and your client loses hope. Luckily you saved it! I may have shown you the way, but you did the work :)
Some plug ins are Serielized in the database and wont work with a new domain name. This may lead to a broken site. So, please be aware of this. You may need to do this differntly.
+premier69 Data serialization is a way of storing structured information in a database using the php method serialize(). It basically adds a URL to the saved data in the database. Changing the URL of the overall site without changing it in the serialized data can cause problems. Luckily, this doesn't happen often and good migration plugins will covert the serialized data. Tutorial on those coming soon.
@@wplearninglab Any advice on dealing with this? I've followed your instructions, now the site I purchased just shows a broken version of the homepage, and Internal Server Error for internal pages.
This Tutorial really works take your time and follow it step by step I learnt a lot about my website doing it this way. don't download a plugin, trust me.
Great video, easy to follow with clear instructions. I had issues with with the domain diverting back to the old site. I cleared all caches in multiple browsers with no luck. What worked for me was defining the URL in the wp-config.php file I just added the following code: define('WP_HOME','example.com'); define('WP_SITEURL','example.com'); Hopefully this helps others who hit this issue. Thanks again for the great videos.
This is one of the best video tutorials I've ever seen. Thank you so much for such detailed instructions - I was able to successfully migrate my site from iPage to Bluehost and change the url. I did hit a snag with a #1044 error message after importing the database and discovered I needed to delete a section of code, but other than that, no problems. Thanks for a great learning experience!
Thank you for this tutorial! I was able to successfully move my website to another domain name. I did encounter the broken pages, and it fixed them right away!! Thank you for this tutorial!!
You are the man! This video is exactly what I needed. The one thing I had to do was research on Stack overflow the fact that my new database was not showing up in the PHPMyAdmin. It was a simple fix, all I had to do was to log out and then log back into the cPanel. Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge.
Hi John, I'm happy this was exactly what you needed. As for the database appearing fix, I wish all problems were that easy to solve! Thanks for watching and let me know if you have any questions :)
Thank you very much for this video.I was trying to move my site to another host since 3 days allready and your video just saved me.I almost got stuck when i had to login in Wordpress, lucky me you mentioned that the details are the same like in at the old one.You are the best! I wish you good luck and thanks again.🤗
Most of my afternoon was spent trying to migrate or clone this site by using some plugins, that was not succesful, then I cam across your great video. I followed it very smoothly step by step, great guide. On RUclips you can find some knowledgable people, however not everybody can teach correctly, some either they do not want to or cause they just don't know how to transmit the message correctly. You were able to, so thank you for an AWESOME VIDEO! I was able to clone this site and speed up my project 2 👍👍 Thumbs Up 100%!!!!!!!
Fantastic tutorial friend, thank you very much for this simple yet detailed explanation! I did have an issue with memory, I did a youtube search and found your video on increasing memory and it worked like a bomb. Again, thank you!
A complete newbie at all of this and it actually worked! thank you, thank you, thank you! I had one little hiccup - I typed my password in wrong (I didn't copy and paste) so I got the 'no database connection' error, but it didn't take me long to find where I went wrong thanks to your explanation of the whole procedure. Thanks again :-)
I needed to go into permalinks settings and switch the layout option and the back again to fix the other pages not being found. thanks for the info. worked great.
Can't tell you how much this tutorial helped me! I kept getting a "403 Forbidden" error on my site and none of the other tutorials to fix said error mentioned taking a look at the wpr4_options folder to the change site URL. Thanks a ton!
Awesome video! In my opinion you are the best out there!! People, If you have broken URLs or related issues, Just install a plugin to fix then specially if you have a large website, I used Velvet blues and it did the job. thank you so much WPLL
This was a great tutorial. I had some issues once I completed the migration because the plugins were out of date but I deactivated them all and I was able to get update the ones affecting the site and all is well! Thank you!
You are a champion! It took a bit to wrap my head around it, but it worked the first time. Amazing! Great & helpful, spot on... And I was thinking, "This stuff never works for me."
* Word to the wise... If you're serious about learning your craft, do this as an exercise. Much insight to be gained here as to what migration plug-ins actually do, and the file structure of your real site . Try it and you will learn something new and valuable, guaranteed. I did, I'll bet half of my competitors have no clue about the guts of a website, now I have another edge. Here you'll get to see and learn "behind the curtain", so to speak, an effective lesson with applicable hands-on results. I'm not a coder, but and did it, learned it, and know it now. You can, too. Great teacher, thanks!
That's awesome Joe! Now that you "know" how it works you can comfortably use easier methods like migration plugins and never have to "wonder" what they're doing or feel lost when something goes wrong :)
Exactly, and thank you sharing such a great instruction video. I followed this video to recover an entirely lost website from my c-panel that had an expired domain name and no access otherwise. There was no backup, either. Using your teachings, I was able to rebuild the site to it's exact original state, just to a new domain name. The new/recovered website also included my WordPress install, Elementor, and all plugin's settings as I left them. Unbelievable, and it worked on the first try. Pure ability on your part to show us the way! Perfect, couldn't have done it without you, thanks again. Awesome!
Thank you very much! very clear and concise, you are really great at this. From my experience, after migration only the home page was working but the other pages were persistently showing a 404 error, this helped me --> Go to settings->permalinks and click on save button to rewrite flush, and then empty your browser cache.
Sorry for the delay. We just had our third baby and it's been a bit of a gong show around here 👶 Thanks for the tip. That's something I forgot to add into the video. If I every remake this video the permalink update will be in there.
+Jerry Landrum The most important thing you can do to be prepared for a site going down is keep regular backups, which is what the first part of this tutorial is about. Perform complete backups regularly and you should be fine.
Thanks a lot!! I have successfully migrated wordpress site to a new host just because of this video tutorial! Had some issues as i missed out some minute things (as I am new to wordpress) but after 2-3 trials, I was finally successful!! Thanks a ton!! :))
Great work! It's those small minute details that begin to make sense once you have more experience. Migrating a website is not easy, you're on your way to becoming a WordPress Master!
This is GREAT! I have been having an issue with UpdraftPlus migrating and used your video to help. A plugin I am working on uses a MySQL user-supplied function to calculate the great-circle distance between the user and a selection of long-term-care facilities. Both phpMyAdmin's "quick" export and UpdraftPlus's migrate don't include functions in the backup! I haven't tested out phpMyAdmin's "custom" export but has at least the word "functions" listed in the settings. When I was migrating from an https site to my non-https localhost I did have issues with getting redirected back to the original site. I also recommend clearing Chromes browsing data at the first sign of an issue migrating.
+SIMI Yes, using a plugin is fine. I made this 'manual' tutorial so you can understand the process. Plugins actually do the same things as you see in this tutorial, they just make it easier. But I believe it's best to understand how something works before you take the easy way. Just my two cents :)
This is one of the most comprehensive and easy to follow videos I've found. Usually following something like this I would manage to f*ck something up, but everything went smoothly and just as shown in your video. THANK YOU!!
Thanks so much! I had to move my dad's company website to a new hosting provider, and kept running into issues with the (very large) database, but i finally managed to complete the transfer thanks to your video!
Thank you so much WP Learning Lab for creating such a great and useful content. Your tutorials really help me to solve my wordpress related problems. Keep up doing such a great tutorials...!
Thanks, Bjorn, I was having trouble transferring my website using Updraft plus, it was constantly redirecting to the old site. I just edited the database and saved the permalink twice and it worked! Thanks!
I'm very less comment. I really impress and understand how to move host in 100% safe by this way. Most plugin just catch here / there issue for me. Thank u so much
Cool stuff! This is a very detailed step-by step guide. Some of the details in the steps may easily be forgotten. Having a guide like this can really help.
Brill tut - worked a charm for me and importantly I've learned a lot about how the databases/SQL/myPHP/etc work together to make a website work. Thanks dude :)
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. 🏆 I had to move my site from one web service provider to another with only two days to do it 🙈⏱. This worked. Great stuff. I was done in 3 hours with your instructions. There was a stubborn problem with the permalinks though - and I even got that resolved. 👍🙂 Best regards from Germany!
Great video! Thank you! Maybe just in the end, it will be good to add a way to check that your website has moved to the new server, in case you are just migrating a website between servers.
Ran into a few issues with my database export. It was huge, so I split up the SQL using SQLDumpSplitter. Then after that I ran into issues connecting to the database, so I changed the DB name, user, and password, then it all seems to work. Thanks for this great video! I couldn't sleep so I started working on this at 5am today.
Sorry for the delay in responding, but I'm glad you got it figured out! When the DB and site files are too large you can also use SSH to download/upload them.
+Paul Maugher Hi Paul, helping us what I'm here for! Australia is on my list of places to visit. Just have to wait until the kids are older and travel better :)
Thanks alottttttttttttttt...i found best ever tutorial thank uuuu for provide this video.i spent too much time using famous plugins. one kind information for all if you want to migrate big website please do manually don't trust any plugins ....once again thank you............
hello, sir, i need your help is there any tutorial for, how to create own Wordpress website as per our requirements? or could you please send me any free WordPress themes for the online grocery store...
+aswini ravella The best thing to do would be to search the WordPress theme repository for free themes that are compatible with Woocommerce and then use the Woocommerce plugin to create the store.
+aswini ravella Hi Aswini, I'm afraid there's no easy answer to that. The best design for look and feel takes a lot of research. The best thing to do is find existing online sites that to like and incorporate elements from those into your designs. More important than the look and feel is where it converts. You're not making a site for the fun of it, so any design should look good but be thoroughly tested to get the best conversion rates. Again, there's no easy answer to these things, just lots of hard work.
Hi again - I just went through the instructions in this tutorial, but I ran into a slight issue. If you have a spare minute - would you perhaps be able to offer some advice? As per your video, I did a WP transfer to a local (demo) server. Everything is working just fine (almost). Some of my WooCommerce products still take me to the old url. I've cleared the cach, and even tried 3rd party plugins (like Velvet Blues Update URLs), but these urls just won't update. Also, searching the database, I found some references to the old server. Should these not all update? I'm starting to think I've done something wrong while creating the products in in WooCommerce in the first place :-|
Hi Coen, Have you tried resetting the permalinks? It may help. Go to Settings then Permalinks. Scroll to the bottom of the Permalinks page without making any changes and click on Save. That should fix the redirect issue. Or you may have to go into your phpMyAdmin and replace the URLs with a database query. It's the same as a "Find/Replace" using a text editor on the database file, but instead we use and SQL query to find/replace. This post may be helpful if you want to try it: blog.templatetoaster.com/update-old-urls-in-database/ I don't think you did anything wrong with the product creation in WooCommerce.

Easily the most helpful video I have ever watched concerning migrating a WordPress website. With all of the videos you have posted, I see I have a lot of watching to do. Thanks in advance for the incredible amount of help I will receive, and the hours I will save by watching your videos!
Hi Jeff,
Thanks for the awesome compliment! I hope my other videos live up to the helpfulness of this one!
Welcome to the WP Learning Lab! :)
Love your video! This has been the most interesting Tutorial on wordpress ever! Cant thank you enough!
Thanks António and thanks for watching!
+wellofbeersheba It's a beautiful thing when things work like that. You're welcome and thanks for watching!
2019 still working.
Thank You so much!
Hi Ary,
Yep, it is. When it stops working, I'll make an updated video :)
Thanks for watching! Let me know if you have any questions.
@@wplearninglab Ok thank you!
awesome bro, I got stuck While transferring website from one host to another, the client was just about to lose hopes on me ... then finally this man appear and solve my problem.. truly marvelous man.
Hi Shahbaz,
I'm glad I could help! It's the worst when you're trying your best and your client loses hope. Luckily you saved it! I may have shown you the way, but you did the work :)
did you use plugin or tried manual migration?
@@wplearninglab what does moving site from subdomain to the main domain, from and to a subfolder of the main domain. means?
Some plug ins are Serielized in the database and wont work with a new domain name.
This may lead to a broken site. So, please be aware of this. You may need to do this differntly.
+Jeff Bates Good point Jeff, forgot to mention that in the video. Thanks for posting!
what do you mean by serialized?
Uumm :/ scratching head - still lots to learn :)
Anything specific you need help with?
Thanks mate! This was by far one of the easiest tutorials I could find to help me change my domain over. You're a bloody legend!
+Asti Mary My Dad used to refer to things as being 'bloody' as well, lol.
I'm glad I could help and thanks for watching Asti!
Thanks for the tip Kyle! I'm happy it's all working for you now
This is one of the best video tutorials I've ever seen. Thank you so much for such detailed instructions - I was able to successfully migrate my site from iPage to Bluehost and change the url. I did hit a snag with a #1044 error message after importing the database and discovered I needed to delete a section of code, but other than that, no problems. Thanks for a great learning experience!
I'm happy I could help :) I've never encountered the #1044 error. Was the code you removed iPage code?
Yes, I removed the CREATE DATABASE section. @@wplearninglab
I just finished following your instructions and they worked to a tee, awesome instructions!
Awesome Larry, I'm glad it all worked :)
Thanks for watching!
Thank you for this tutorial! I was able to successfully move my website to another domain name. I did encounter the broken pages, and it fixed them right away!! Thank you for this tutorial!!
Awesome work Andrew, I'm happy I could help! Thanks for watching!
Most helpful video I have ever watched concerning migrating a WordPress website!!!
Hi John,
I'm happy this was exactly what you needed. As for the database appearing fix, I wish all problems were that easy to solve!
Thanks for watching and let me know if you have any questions :)
@@wplearninglab Thank again!
You're welcome John 🙂
Hands down one of the best guides I've found for wordpress. Very helpful, saved me a lot of $ and time, super easy to do.
That's what I like to hear! Thanks for watching!
+John Ruth lol @ 'like a bomb', I love it!
Hi John, I'm glad I could help! Thanks for watching.
This was SUPER useful! Recently moved my website to a new host and the video was a lifesaver!
What a comprehensive explanation. Great work!!!!!!!! You saved my day :)
Thanks Rowan, I’m happy I could help. Thanks for watching!
Extremely helpful! I do not know anything about websites but this was the most helpful video for transferring sites I have found! Thanks for the help!
You're welcome. I'm glad I could help. Thanks for watching!
Awesome video! In my opinion you are the best out there!! People, If you have broken URLs or related issues, Just install a plugin to fix then specially if you have a large website, I used Velvet blues and it did the job. thank you so much WPLL
Thanks for your kind words Sergio! And thanks for the tips!
Awesome! So easy. Clear step by step instructions. Saved trying heaps of plugins that claim to do the job.
Thanks Damian! Also thanks for the donation. I'm at a coffee shop right now brainstorming more great tutorials :)
This was really helpful after trying out several plugins that just did not work. Thank you...Thank you
This was a great tutorial. I had some issues once I completed the migration because the plugins were out of date but I deactivated them all and I was able to get update the ones affecting the site and all is well! Thank you!
Awesome, I'm glad it worked! You're welcome and thanks for watching!
You are a champion! It took a bit to wrap my head around it, but it worked the first time. Amazing! Great & helpful, spot on... And I was thinking, "This stuff never works for me."
* Word to the wise... If you're serious about learning your craft, do
this as an exercise. Much insight to be gained here as to what migration
plug-ins actually do, and the file structure of your real site .
Great advice, if I do say so myself!
We just had our third baby and it's been a bit of a gong show around here 👶
Thanks for the tip. That's something I forgot to add into the video. If I every remake this video the permalink update will be in there.
You are a godsend. this helped me complete my website. Thanks a million!
Awesome work Bryan!
How do I go to the setting? Because all other pages is showing a 404 error.
@@wplearninglab Which times (steps) in the video should I skip to just migrate domains with the same host? thanks in advance :)
Thank you so much for the video, it give me confidence and comfort I can recover from a site going down.
+Jerry Landrum The most important thing you can do to be prepared for a site going down is keep regular backups, which is what the first part of this tutorial is about. Perform complete backups regularly and you should be fine.
I watched and I solved my problems about database, connection, transfer, everything. Great information and thanks a lot for sharing. Appericate.
You have saved my year!!! Everything right on spot. Subscribed your channel.

Hi, I need assistance urgent. I migrated my websiteto a new host but my website is down since 15 hours
Brilliant video, you made it so easy and clear thanks champ, you made me look good infront of my clients cheers
Your video is just amazing, it saved me a lot of trouble and turning around, i was too close to start fresh. Thank you so much.
+Azeddine Khoudari You're welcome Azeddine, I'm glad I could help. Thanks for watching!
Excellent instructions to the point. Clear, and professional. Thank you so much for this excellent video!!!
I tried with WP Clone plugin. In 2 minutes all my site changed to the old one. Amazing plugin.
+SIMI Hi SIMI, that is a great plugin. I have a Duplicator Plugin tutorial on the way. It works a lot like the WP Clone Plugin.
Yeah Almost, is it fine with plugin?
+SIMI Yes, using a plugin is fine. I made this 'manual' tutorial so you can understand the process. Plugins actually do the same things as you see in this tutorial, they just make it easier.
But I believe it's best to understand how something works before you take the easy way. Just my two cents :)
This is one of the most comprehensive and easy to follow videos I've found. Usually following something like this I would manage to f*ck something up, but everything went smoothly and just as shown in your video. THANK YOU!!
+David Lipschitz Awesome, good work David. I'm glad it worked perfectly for you! Thanks for watching!
Thanks a lot for an AMAZING video. Clear and to the point, you demystified the backup and restore of a WordPress site!
You’re welcome Lorna, I'm happy to help. Thanks for watching!
in the last you can just go to setting and permalink and set it to /%postname%/ to fix all pages. it worked for me :)
Thanks so much! I had to move my dad's company website to a new hosting provider, and kept running into issues with the (very large) database, but i finally managed to complete the transfer thanks to your video!

Thanks Gordon, and you're right, the problems are usually in the details that are forgotten or overlooked.

I had to move my site from one web service provider to another with only two days to do it 🙈⏱. This worked. Great stuff. I was done in 3 hours with your instructions.
There was a stubborn problem with the permalinks though - and I even got that resolved. 👍🙂

Awesome work! I can guarantee that the next you move a site it will take less than half the time.
@@wplearninglab I don't really want to make a habit of it... 😉
Did this for the second time, worked flawlessly. Thanks for this tutorial!
Great video! Thank you! Maybe just in the end, it will be good to add a way to check that your website has moved to the new server, in case you are just migrating a website between servers.
Good idea Efren, I'll make sure to add that when I update this video.
YAY! I'm done with my website. Thanks for putting this together.
Great work Wilder! Now it's time to start incremental improvements :)

+aswini ravella Hi Aswini, thanks for the great feedback! I'm happy I could help you and thanks for watching!
hello, sir, i need your help is there any tutorial for, how to create own Wordpress website as per our requirements? or could you please send me any free WordPress themes for the online grocery store...
+aswini ravella The best thing to do would be to search the WordPress theme repository for free themes that are compatible with Woocommerce and then use the Woocommerce plugin to create the store.
I would like to know how to create the best design for the look and feel ...
Awesome tutorial! Clear, precise, and worked perfectly for me. Thank you!
+Pamela Montanez You're welcome Pamela, thanks for watching!
GREAT explanation. I do a manual install once every six months or so and always forget how.
Thanks - Your tutorials are clear and to the point. They've helped me loads of times :-)
Hi Coen,
Have you tried resetting the permalinks? It may help. Go to Settings then Permalinks. Scroll to the bottom of the Permalinks page without making any changes and click on Save. That should fix the redirect issue.
Or you may have to go into your phpMyAdmin and replace the URLs with a database query. It's the same as a "Find/Replace" using a text editor on the database file, but instead we use and SQL query to find/replace. This post may be helpful if you want to try it: blog.templatetoaster.com/update-old-urls-in-database/
I don't think you did anything wrong with the product creation in WooCommerce.
Subscribed, liked, turned on notification....awesome
Cool, thanks, much appreciated!
