Routine inspection items for Isuzu truck crane
(1) Check whether the pipe connections and fixed seals of the ISUZU truck-mounted crane are loose or leaking oil.
(2) Check whether the fasteners of the ISUZU crane truck are loose, focusing on whether the fasteners between the cross beam and the chassis girder, the slewing bearing, the cross beam and the column are secure.
(3) Check whether the power take-off control switch and pressure gauge of the truck are normal.
(4) Check whether the hydraulic oil and lubricating oil are sufficient.
(5) Check the use of the wire rope and accessories, whether the rope clamp is firm, and whether the wire rope is in the wheel groove. The wire rope should be replaced when it is kinked, creased, worn, severely corroded, more than 10% of the wires are broken or the diameter is reduced by more than 7%, or when it is discolored due to overheating.
(6) Check whether there is damage or deformation on the surface of each component of ISUZU boom truck.
(7) Check the wire rope that drives the boom to expand and contract. If the wire rope is found to be loose, adjust the nut in time to tighten it.
(8) Put the ISUZU truck-mounted crane in working condition and check whether the sound and temperature of the hydraulic system are normal.
