I have had the privileged time due to Covid-19 to discover Leland's channel in turn that lead me here I read the comment before me I sort of thought that the Cello at one point was a little out of the light until the later she shined out with some incredible playong. What I can tell about this recording , and I must say I love the live sound, the dishes clanging and chiming in the background. Music it is the reason why we all come here. If you tap on a washing machine and it sounds good and somebody else likes it. That is music and you have a fan. Live recordings are the best in my opinion. You don't always get studio quality, but the quality of this video has to be appreciated by grateful ears. I found yet another artist that will be in my favorites. If you want to complain just say Leland talks a lot and, give him the finger. , :ili;
Watched Leland's video on his RUclips channel today where he did a couple of songs of Judith's. Searched Judith Owens and found this video. I'm hooked.
Magnificent! I seriously have fallen in love with Judith and her music. (and her spontaneous dance videos too) I finally got to see /hear her live in LA and it was more than I could have ever expected. Lee, Pedro, Gabrielle and Lizzie provide the perfect partners in her performance. If they are ever in your vicinity, GO! 🎶♥️🎶

Yep. Sounds like we’re just hearing a mic inside the cajon. Also, the single overhead mic is insufficient for the rest of the percussion. Needed a spot mic for the cymbal, another for the shaker, and probably one for the outside of the cajon, for the brushes.
