Jesus she’s such an amazing actress, she just changes into Saga in 0.1 seconds and it’s exactly the Saga Norén i know and love from the bridge, amazing and underrated actress
+darthen856 - That was pretty impressive! I wasn't quite expecting that, her put on the spot like that. But there she went, doing it perfectly, and asking just the kind of questions Saga would at that.
notice when she goes into role she gets that really focused or perceptive look/glare, which is characteristic of saga in the show as well. she even changes the way she looks at things, along with speech. amazing.
I fell in love with this lady while watching The Bridge. I love how she turns into Saga during this - just brilliant., and she has the most expressive eyes.
It was so nice to have a "visit" with Saga. I have missed her very much. Thank you Skalvan for this brilliant idea! And of course thank you Sofia Helin
Dear Skavlan, thank you for posting this with English subtitles. I am a female with Asperger's Syndrome and when I was Saga's age I was like her. That is also why I like the character of Saga, but I did not like the fact that you thought that it would be 'strange' or 'difficult' for an Asperger's person to be a show host and deal with other people because of the way we deal with emotions. Actually, because we are 'cool' and relaxed and laid back when it comes to dealing with emotions we are much more objective about them, and can look past them and see the truth and facts that create them. Actually as an Asperger with a university degree in Psychology and Sociology, I can be far more objective and logical when I deal with highly emotional people and remain objective and focused even in the most emotional situations. That is a much bigger advantage I think when dealing with other people than the emotionally charged non autistic people. That is the power of logic. Facts cannot be hidden for long. They always come to the surface one day. And that is why autistic/Asperger people make good detectives and good puzzle solvers because we have memory banks that record every detail. And as a psychologist I help people discover how to solve their own personal life puzzle.
But in this case, Skavlan was kind of right (even though he didn’t mean to offend anyone). Her autistic character asked questions in a way that could be very offensive for some people.
@@kajsakonigk1982 Why would people be offended when they hear the truth based on facts and logic? Aren't we all taught from a very jong age to always tell the truth? Doesn't testifying in court make you swear to tell the truth and nothing but the truth? So why some people are afraid of the truth and feel offended when someone speaks it or asks questions based on the truth? Have we become a society that is more concern about emotions than the truth? I think so, we have become more comfortable saying little or even big lies to spare people's emotions. I also think that this happens because people are becoming less and less intelligent and allow their emotions to take over every aspect of their lives, instead of their logic and intellect.
Perla Messina You didn’t get my point. Of course it’s not bad to tell the truth. But it depends on how you’re saying it. You can tell them the truth in a nice way, so they don’t get offended. People won’t like you if they feel that you’re being mean to them. Do you understand what I mean? 🤗
@@kajsakonigk1982 If I understand correctly, it is not really about telling or not telling the truth, but about HOW you tell the truth... You know what, non autistic people (neurotypicals or NTs) make communication sooooooo complicated that it is impossible for an autistic person to ever be able to communicate with them without them getting offended, feel emotionally attacked, and end up thinking I am a mean person. It is tiring, and frustrating. I only know ONE way to tell the truth when I communicate and Saga demonstrated it rather well, and NTs need to become less childish and offended when they hear it and more tolerant of how I communicate cause I can't change how I communicate. It is called being inclusive. Also, it seems to me that NTs are 'truth challenged' and unless you tell them the truth in a way that they perceive as 'nice', 'friendly' and 'non threatening' they will immediately think I am being mean to them which is NOT the case. It seems to me that it is NTs who have the problem, and are defensive about it and blame it on autistics. I just think it is because most NTs are emotionally immature and hide behind hurt feelings. So very tiring I say.
That was awesome ! We really should have a saga talk show - the direct questioning is like a breath of fresh air, compared to the American format ones we are drip fed with ! The Bridge is the only drama I watch on tv these days - it is totally absorbing and thought provoking, and comprises some of the very best acting and entertainment available.
Oh my, that was just ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! What an amazing actress, and she's a very, very lovely lady too - wow! You could see how her eyes changed when she immediately became the character that she had been playing in The Bridge, typified by that alone...hey, just think about it, how incredible is that?! I really don't think this interviewer had any idea what he was taking on when he suggested this...hey, he soon did in less than a minute or so though! Ha! Thank you, Lovely Lady...you are amazing! With love, Mx
I worked in Hollywood for 45 years and am now retired. I met, worked with, and knew everyone who made and worked in movies. I have now had the opportunity to review all of Sofia Helin work in film and TV. Over the decades during parties and meetings I have always stressed that the world has many A-List actors of immense talent. But talent is best observed in a time, a place and a circumstance. Sofia Helin would probably not been successful cast in her best roles if she was working in America. But in her time, her place where she is working under the circumstances she is in, I would consider Sofia Helin one of the best actors in the world.
That was awesome (and yes, many thanks for English subs so we can enjoy it). I loved 'Saga's' direct style of questioning (and of course so impressive how Sofia knows her character so well she doesn't even need a script to *become* her) - I would watch that chat show with glee, although I'm not sure how easy she'd find it to get guests to agree to come on. ;)
+AzureSkyes - No one from polite society. But any fame whore from the reality show swamp who don't care what they're famous for or what they reveal about their (uninteresting) lives. But those I don't expect Saga Norén would have much interest in talking to... Actually... It's a requirement for movie stars to do the rounds on the talk shows to promote their films when they're released, it's in their contract. If they don't they're basically blackballed (unless they're T Cruise), so they might have to show up. Shaking in their boots. :P
I just found out about the series Bron/ Broen because it came available on Netflix in the Netherlands. Google brought me to this video here. If Sofia Helin can just pop into her Saga character so easy, she is indeed an amazing character! Love to see the second episode of the Saga show too :p
Sophia, you are a remarkable actress and have truly mastered your character, Saga. I am Canadian and have just finished Season 1 on Netflix. I draw a lot of similarities in your character from another character in Netflix series The Killing with Mireille Enos. Anxious to see whether you'll take on any North American work in your future.
If i were a criminal and interrogated by Sofia Helin(Saga Noren), i would be stressed because she may be suffering from Asperger syndrome but she is not afraid of asking things. She's like LAPD detective Columbo or Adrian Monk from San Francisco but like X100 times more stressful for the criminals. Imagine that you got Saga Noren frequently visiting you and asking you questions.
I'm Japanese My father was in a movie company, so I watched many movies for free since I was little. The Japanese movie industry has declined, and I'm lonely now. TV drama became childish Priority is placed on profits or actors are third-class, and I was impressed by the high level when I saw the bridge, especially the actress who plays the leading role of Saga.
her entire vocal tone, posture and eyes change. damn, she's good.
The way her head tracks his every move. Like a bird. Incredible.
A bird of prey.
Jesus she’s such an amazing actress, she just changes into Saga in 0.1 seconds and it’s exactly the Saga Norén i know and love from the bridge, amazing and underrated actress
A true actress; she just disappears into character! Awesome and thanks for the Eng Subs!
Love how easily she gets into character :)
+darthen856 - That was pretty impressive! I wasn't quite expecting that, her put on the spot like that. But there she went, doing it perfectly, and asking just the kind of questions Saga would at that.
She's Swedish.

The most amazing actress I have seen in YEARS.
Ja.
She deserves world recognition for this role. Shes amazing.
"You have a talk show."
"Yes."
"What's the purpose of it?"
That's Saga right there. Perfect.
Jag skulle definitivt kolla på The Saga Norén Show om den hade gått på riktigt:)
Sofia is AMAZING!!! She's become one of my all-time favorite actresses. Brilliant!

she is perfect, greetings from Czech Republic! Broen is the one of the best krimi series ever!

Sofia Helin är ju sjukt duktig skådis! , hon är underskattad skådis utan tvekan!
Sweet Saga, that is exactly how she would host a talk show...lol. Wonderful Sofia who brings her to life.
Nobody has a right to be that talented AND that beautiful.

What a wonderfull lady.
She's excellent, in every way, love Saga ( Sofia)👍👍❤❤
It's very weird to see her smiling 😭
Spot on, Saga! :-D
Sensational how she flips into the role!!!

Aww so sweet.. you are amazing Sofia 😍😍
This woman should get an EMMY
More seasons of the Bridge, please!!!
02:47 : Till Skavlan: "Du har ju en... en talk show. Vad är meningen med den?"
Det undrar jag också...
Absolutely bloody brilliant can't wait till Series 3 is shown on SBS in Oztraalia which'll be soon according to station ads.
+Jill Elliott
Series 3 is in my view the best.
That was hilarious, I don't know how she kept a straight face.
So happy to see Sofia smile 😍
I would LOVE The Saga Norén Show!
Ha. She nailed this parrot to his post. Good work Saga. So much more intelligent.

With love from Hungary !
I love her. Greetings from Poland.
I just found out about the series Bron/ Broen because it came available on Netflix in the Netherlands. Google brought me to this video here. If Sofia Helin can just pop into her Saga character so easy, she is indeed an amazing character! Love to see the second episode of the Saga show too :p
Saknar Bron!
Sofia is soooo talented!
Awesome actress!!!🎉🎉🎉😊
Amazing
beautiful lady, but an amazingly awesome actor with a fantastic talent.
She is a goddess
grandissima Sofia, in Italy you are very famous. Wow you are so wonderful, sei bellissima. From Sicily
Seni çok seviyoruz Saga . Türkiye'den selamlar:)
I wish she would have this show in Japan and invite politicians

I’m so glad that I’m not the only person who has picked up on this.
Sofia is amazing, im in love with saga noren
Leave her alone, she's mine. Lol
Uh oh- looks like that "narcissistic personality disorder" comment hit a little too close to home.

When I saw her in London I couldnt believe how pretty and petite Sofia is! ❤
Jak ja Cię lubię Saga 🙋😀🎈🌷💕🍀
She's delightful.
So smart...
I'm so much in love with her.
omg she’s so beautiful.
She is so good but this was very orchestrated
❤️

I don't even like The Bridge but man this is funny.
