Can a fresher with no experience find a job on a working holiday visa in Australia? I am currently uncertain about my life decisions as to what further I wanna do in life. I am fresh graduate out of engineering. I really want to explore new things by working in them. Could this kind of working holiday visa help me?
trying not to ask daft questions here! - but I'm right in thinking that once you've completed the 88 days, the worlds your oyster? As long as thats all boxed off you're then free to spend the rest of your trip traveling round as you wish? Thanks for the content/help 😊
Not a daft question at all! You actually don't have to work at all on your working holiday if you don't want and you get 12 months of travel if you choose to do so. However if you want to extend into a 2nd year then yes you'll need to do second-year eligible work and get 88 days ticked off then the world is definitely your oyster! You've got more time in the country to enjoy and keep travelling as far as your savings take you 😊

Hi, does your first year visa have to run out before you can apply for the second year? The reason i ask this is that i can only apply when i turn 35 next Jan, but im hoping i can apply for the second year a week or two before i turn 36. Please help. Thank you.
You may apply either while you still hold a first or second Working Holiday visa or at a later date. If you want to extend your visa straight after the first visa, you should apply before your first working holiday visa expires. Hope that answers your question :)

Hey Bradley, unfortunately we can't assist as Papua New Guinean nationals are not eligible for the working holiday visa.
OK. I have 20K and I'd like to travel Australia as I have dreamed of seeing the beautiful sights and landmarks. But I am afraid and not to sure how to get a tourist visa can you please assist me.
The Work and Holiday Maker visa for PNG commenced on 1 July 2023. PNG is now eligible for this visa. Please see immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-listing/work-holiday-462 to confirm.

Is it for Indians too?
Unfortunately no 😔 We have a lot of Indian travellers join us on our tours and travel but they come on a tourist visa. Alternatively for long term work the option is a skilled-worker visa or sponsorship.
